We have gone to this location on Rio Bravo and Coors for quite a while now, because of the convenient location near where we live and do our shopping. Most of the time you can tell the employees don't care to be there let alone be bothered to help you! On top of that, for some reason they never have any of their condiments in stock, or at least very rarely do. Today hit an all time low though. When ordering at the drive thru, you could already tell that the woman was annoyed to be taking the order(if it was anything detailed or crazy I could understand, but it was pretty basic). When we get to the window, the guy takes our payment, then aggressively says "we are out of orange chicken, either change your order or wait!" Mind you, thats probably something that should be disclosed before taking payment. We reply with we are ok with waiting, which was followed up with "go park out front, and we will bring it out when we get to it"! The place was busy so I could understand some annoyance, so we asked should we park any place specific so to make it easier to find us, and again he says "just go park, I don't have time for this"! I kept my cool, and we park thinking it can't take that long. While waiting for our order, we come to find out there are 4 or 5 more drive thru patrons waiting out front also who aren't happy with the service but just want their food so they can go. After another 10 to 15 minutes, there was a bright spot in this whole debacle. I wish would have got his name so I could give him props, but when he brought our order out he was completely professional, apologetic, and a general pleasure to deal with after everything that had transpired the way it did! I plan to avoid this location going...

I came here with my family we were in line to order my dad asked for the same exact thing as my mother. So they decided to do what they wanted and serve my dad differently instead of walnut shrimp they gave him double scoop of orange chicken. I went back up to tell them my dad paid and ordered the walnut shrimp. Note* my dad opened the to go Plate he saw there was no shrimp. Anyways they take the plate back dump one side of the orange chicken back into the pot where they first got it which is in the display area where you tell them what you want. Then they served him the correct thing. But the thing here is instead of giving him a side or remaking his order they put the food back. What if my dad had covid or something and sneezed on his food and they did that? They're very un sanitary and have no idea what to do when in this type of situation. On top of all this the orange chicken tasted like the soap they used to wash the pans. They're drink fountain as well all the drink tasted like cleaning chemicals. Janicce the manager at 7:03pm December 30th The most disrespectful person I've encountered. I can tell you my entire family was insulted . My father in law is a retired military man . The girl Kim entered the wrong discount. They gave him 15 cent discount from the normal 10% they normally give him . We asked to speak to a manager to resolve the problem. Janicce came up and gave us an attitude she said nothing she could do about it . And began to tell me she would sue me for taking out my phone so I could get her name for the complaint. She kicked us out of the store instead of thanking him for serving our country or thank him for the services. DO NOT LET YOUR EMPLOYEES DISRESPECT THEIR ELDERS OR MILITARY . we are very proud military family .disappointed to be treated so rudely. Just for the record the 15 cents taken off Versus the $3.00 discount that was what was owed to him . The money wasnt an issue . The way my family was treated was awful . Shame on...

Instead of asking me if I wanted to wait for more chow maine , they just scraped the bottom of whatever was left and giving me a bunch of veggies with little chow maine. The portion I got reflected that as it was half the normal cause there was nothing left, you can barely see the noodles with all the veggies which i hate. Being already home I will not drive back to ask for a refund, the fact i have to check my own order at the window to make sure it's right is CRAZY. It's literally part of there job to had out what order is yours and if its correct, would they like me to cook my own food to? Do better panda express especially the managers. Am not rich I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being ripped off.

Instead of asking me if I wanted to wait for more chow maine , they just scraped the bottom of whatever was left and giving me a bunch of veggies with little chow maine. The portion I got reflected that as it was half the normal cause there was nothing left, you can barely see the noodles with all the veggies which i hate. Being already home I will not drive back to ask for a refund, the fact i have to check my own order at the window to make sure it's right is CRAZY. It's literally part of there job to had out what order is yours and if its correct, would they like me to cook my own food to? Do better panda express especially the managers. Am not rich I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being ripped off.
