This Review goes to the female cashier. I asked for this combo. I requested 2 al pastor and 3 asadas(beef). It’s my first time coming to this restaurant and I assumed that because I paid more for the beef, they will honor the combo ad (coke included). When I asked about it, she says that due to me changing it to beef, the pop is not included. I mention that it doesn’t make any sense for me as I paid for the difference, and please to make it clear next time for the customers… her response.. “or maybe the customer needs to learn how to read “… and then proceeds to tell me “maybe you should eat your food, you should be hungry “. RUDE RUDE RUDE All of this due to voicing my opinion. And asking for clarification? I asked her later … “Are you giving me an attitude for a coke that maybe could be costing you $0.50?”… she says “you are the one fighting for one”… again The attitude is horrible… RUDE RUDE RUDE I calmly said everything mentioned previously. The food was not bad… but please… if you are stressed out about your job… ask someone else to deal with customers…. Giving attitude and talking back to customers says a lot about your education and manners, very important skills to run a...
Read moreI was buying dinner for my family and wanted to go to the gas station location but they had already closed so I decided to come to the restaurant. Let's say the gas station location is better overall! Upon ordering, I told the young girl I wanted 4 orders of the 5 taco special, 3 chicken and one beef. I also ordered 2 rice and beans sides and later a horchata. After paying I saw the amount on the receipt was for $20 so I knew she got the order wrong. I had to politely explain again that I wanted about 20 tacos total. She seemed irritated that she got the order wrong and corrected it. Once the food came, I told the other girl I wanted to check the food before leaving. I guess I'm not supposed to ensure my order is correct because that girl did not seem pleased I asked. The food and customer service was not as good as the gas station. The tacos did not taste the same, rice and beans were ok, and the horchata was very sweet. Same owner but the restaurants operate differently based on this experience. My experience at the gas station has always been great overall so I will not be returning to...
Read moreWalked in at 6:30 to grab some food, says online that they close at 8 but for some reason I was given an attitude that seemed as if I was disturbing her. Paid $20 for two burritos, just been and cheese, paid an extra $6 to have guacamole on inside of burritos. Burritos came out smaller than a Taco Bell burrito and the guacamole in a paper tray on the side. Burritos were soggy and fell apart almost immediately not to mention the guacamole I paid for was basically useless unless I demolished the burrito while trying to smoosh guac onto it. Then asked for chips to atleast get something from the $6 tiny guacamole and she just said chips are for customers as if I didn’t just spend nearly $30 in there. Seems like it would’ve been really good just make sure you go atleast 4 hours before they close I guess? If I knew before i wouldn’t have paid any more than $12 for that. Go to a taqueria food truck instead and actually walk away satisfied after...
