Dunn Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in Alexandria

This is usually a 5 star coffee shop for me. Not today though! I pulled up to the drive through at 4:33 pm and asked for a medium cup of coffee with two shots of espresso. I was informed that they were all out of brewed coffee and won't be making anymore for the day. I laughed thinking this was a joke but she repeated this and then offered me a cold americano. I'm not even sure what that is. I said no thanks I will just go somewhere else. C'mon Dunn Bros! You're better than this! Probably the worst $8 I’ve ever spend on a breakfast sandwich. ham and Swiss croissant sandwich was absolutely over cooked and no bottom “bun” to my sandwich because it was cut so thin is was soggy, and the top was basically the same. Flat, thin and burned. Obviously wasn’t expecting the same thing as a gourmet croissant from a cafe, but this was just disappointing. Big disappointment and will never purchase again. Pleasantly surprised by the compassion and good nature! My sister has been placed on feeding tube, nothing by mouth but ice chips. We had been trying to blend and even meat tenderize regular ice; so reached out to numerous places looking for ice chips, got same responses of unable to help.
