They may make great sandwiches, but we’ll never know.
Swung through the drive thru after a wedding, at about 10:45. Ordered and pulled up to the window to have the girl working tell us she “hasn’t had a customer since 8:00 and put everything away a half hour ago.” She reluctantly said she could make our order, but that it “would take a REALLY long time.”
For one, two of us have worked for subway. We know how closing goes, and realistically, all she had to do was pull the rolling cart out of the cooler for a minute.
Second, based off her attitude, we declined to have her make it. At this point, the attitude we got was not one we want the person preparing our food to have.
Third, if you put everything away, why did you leave the “drive thru open” light on. Turn it off and clock out and go home. You’re just collecting a paycheck for laziness at this point.
It’s peak cabin and wedding season, and we were excited to grab food for the hotel. Either you are, or you are not, open until 11. Don’t just sit and collect a paycheck while you turn away customers (with...

Read moreSo to preface I understand my gluten intolerance is my own problem but I like to enjoy the simple pleasures in life like having the ability to go get a meal like everyone else. However to the associates working today they made it feel like changing gloves and not cross contamination my bowl was the worst thing I couldve asked for today. They weren't particularly busy when I walked in. Though even if they are busy I feel I still shouldn't be treated that way. I've gone to a few different subways and this is was just bad service. Also their veggies are not fresh and the veggies are a mess tons of things in areas they dont belong etc . Ive been in food service and its chaotic so I understand getting flustered but gluten doesn't just give me a stomach ache it makes me nauseated , my heart rate increaes and in certain cases I get brain fog so bad I feel like I cannot remember anything. I'm not asking for perfection just asking for the associates to communicate so I can eat my overpriced protein /...
