Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Alexandria

The WORST experience with this place. We place an order for two salads, both with chicken and one without the cheese that usually comes on it. Ask for salad dressing for both. Ask for two Dr. Peppers and fried mushrooms. Our order arrives and we got both salads, one without chicken and the other covered in cheese that I cannot eat with no salad dressing. Our drinks were root beer. Annoyed, we called back to let them know and were told to hold and that they were going to call the delivery guy to see what happened. Ummm, not his fault. He didn’t make the food. Anyways, they agree to remake and resend the salads. 45 minutes later, we get the same exact screwed up order. Called back and got Diamond, the manager and she immediately said she would just void the sale. No apology. Not to mention, this all began at 8 and ended after 10 and was supposed to be dinner. I ordered delivery via their website. I purchased a sandwich and salad. I wasn't looking for anything fancy because I just came from traveling and have to go grocery shopping. BUT MY jeez. Smh Disappointed on an entirely different level with the sandwich and service. Long story short, they made my cold sub hot with like thick slices of ham and turkey.. so not a sub. Reminded me of a fried bologna sandwich. Lol I only ate half because I was hungry. I didn't eat the salad yet...it looks good but who knows. Looks can be deceiving. The best thing was the French fries that they forgot to include in my initial delivery. Glad they delivered it quickly after offering me a credit... but why would I accept a credit? That implies that I will order from them again in the future. I will not. It's unfortunate because the prices are reasonable and they have sales. But I guess you get what you pay for. Like how could you get a simple turkey, ham, and cheese...

Saturday night Feb 1st. Called in and ordered a medium pizza, half hawaian and half veggie all Xtra cheese. The man on the phone is accurate, friendly but on this order he gave my call to take my order to someone else. Had to explain and repeat how i wanted my pizza 4 times. The man said the Hawaian had sausage on it. No kidding? I told him NO. I want pineapple and ham. After 15 minutes went to pick it up. The place was jam packed with customers. Luckily they have 2 cashiers and i was able to pay and leave. When opening pizza a big dissapointing! Pizza was not hot, it was not fresh, they made whole veggie and added pineapple and ham in all. Instead of half and half. This place has great food, pastas, sandwiches, fries, pizza. I really cannot explain what happened here. One thing for sure, my pizza was NOT freshly made it was made hours before and reheated lightly. I will talk to them about this experience so it does not...
