Working here has to be one of my work experiences, they fired my boss simply because they didn’t care to have him there, but that’s whatever, the part I’m upset about is that why he ask why he’s was fired they said they don’t like his personality, when everyone else asked why, they have everyone different answers, I worked there for about a week for receiving a concussion but before I was about to head out to see the doctor they asked me, a 17 year old girl who still in school, to drop out of my school and start working for them as a full time manager, they have no respect for any of there employees and refuse to meet basic needs of there customers, once around Halloween we had a manger from St. Cloud come in to help out, all she did was stand in the back on her phone and distract people by showing them pictures of her dogs, and eventually and giving us no help at all she decided to leave to go get dog food and go home, she would clearly choose favorites and ignore others, I had complained about getting soaked while doing dishes and she immediately went on Amazon and got me a nice leather apron, but would yell at others for using it, many time she would flat out tell me that I was her favorite in front of other employees, 0/10 work place experience, I genuinely hope that customers see how horrible this place is and won’t go there, it’s incredibly dirty and everyone makes fun of the people that come...

Thought I'd give them another chance after our last poor experience.. BIG MISTAKE LOL. Ordered a large stuffed crust and a crustless KETO pizza with monkey bread. Wanted mozzarella and parmesean on the large, no cheddar. Was told that "the cheddar cheese comes on it, you can't change it" bruh. I don't want cheddar cheese but you still put it on there. As for the "crustless keto", don't even bother ordering if you're actually trying to stick to your diet. We received a fricken frozen gluten free. You don't even have gluten free on your menu! The only thing that you barely got right was the prepackaged monkey bread, which was labeled as "garlic monkey bread"? Thankfully they didn't open it and put garlic in it. Too bad they didn't give us the cream cheese frosting for it either.

In closing, management is still garbage after all these years. Those poor teenagers just trying to do it right need better leadership. I know from experience it's not a tough job. Baking is half the battle and you knob-heads don't even have to do that. Looks like I'll continue trash talking your business to everyone...

Poor management - staff is trying to do what they can with poor direction. I ordered a pizza for pickup and had to call to order it for it to be ready when arrived. I didn’t want to order online as I wanted to pay cash because of our previous experience with paying for our order and after 48 hours they couldn’t fulfill our TWO pizza order. We preordered TWO pizzas first thing in the morning. Arrived at 4PM they were not ready waited in store two hours still no pizzas. They refused to cancel our order and give us a refund. Called us the next day and said our pizzas would be ready for pickup. Show up STILL not ready. Gave it another chance after the nightmare of last time huge regret. They needed my photo id for my husband to pick it up (an order that went paid for) and use rewards. They said he could show a copy of it vs text. So he did and they still didn’t use the rewards!
