The restaurant was literally empty with only 2 other people eating but the service was awful. They were out of several items and nothing was posted to show you and then the manager started giving an attitude when a question was asked. He kept forgetting to put different items in the salads that were in the menu. He continued complaining while serving us and giving myself and the other person a hard time telling us he was the only person working even though two other employees were behind the counter as well. The employees had cleaned up and put many items away even though the store was still staying open for another 2 hours and they were acting as if they were closed doing prep in the back instead of helping at the counter. It was an overall horrible experience and I still can’t believe the manager started going on and on at us as the customers. He was extremely rude even yelling at one point. If you want to close up shop for the night then close. But don’t give customers a really hard time. We are paying customers and want the full meal we are paying for a little after 9:00 when the store is open until 11:00. And don’t give an attitude and start talking back to customers. We should have walked out at this point. This used to be a go to spot, but we definitely won’t be back after the terrible experience and by the behavior...

Visiting my neighborhood Sweetgreen has always been a highlight of my day, not just for the delicious food but also for the warmth and friendliness that emanates from the place, largely thanks to Tee. Tee's welcoming smile and genuine kindness have transformed what could have been ordinary meal pickups into memorable moments. It's employees like her who make a place stand out for more than just its menu.

Speaking of the menu, the Miso Bowl has become a fast favorite of mine. It's warm, bursting with wonderful flavors, and carries a slight spicy kick that tantalizes the taste buds in the best way possible. On days I crave something a bit different, the Kale Caesar is my go-to. It's savory, refreshing, and bright, embodying the essence of what a satisfying meal should be. Both options are incredibly delicious and leave me looking forward to my next visit.

While indoor seating might be limited, it's understandable given the popularity of this place. It's a testament to the quality of food and service provided. This place is not great at all. I have gone many times and the service always is bad I have not once had a good customer service experience and I have been to this location over 7 times and today I had enough they over charged me like crazy I always get a Cesar salad with no tomato and add broccoli and sweet potato. Today they charged me 6 dollar for chicken and I told the lady oh made my order it’s a Cesar salad with some modifications and they charged me Custom and they didn’t fix that for me and I was nice the the lady I told hey you are charging me to much and said no we are not this and that but here is the receipt. Like man you need to train you staff plus I was waiting just to have my order taken and everyone is just looking at me like I am lost. I will be taking this higher up since it’s been over 7 times in a row I have received bad service and I like the food but the people here don’t care about customer service ! Horrible service don’t go here just mobile order if that .look at photo you can’t even see chicken wow 6 dollars worth...
