I found a bug in my salad and had to go back to switch the food. The cashier was nice and replaced my food. I was followed up from my complaint with a call from the franchise owner and their customer support separately. The owner called and was nice and gave a refund although sounded reluctant after I told him I had gotten it remade. The customer support however asked for an address to send a coupon and after confirming sending the coupon, she heard I got a refund and replaced order, she texted me saying she is not going to send the coupon as I have already been serviced. This is just poor customer service and for the hassle of having to go back to get the food remade and looking at a bug in my food, a coupon and refund sounds adequate. After sending a complaint that I was going to send in a complaint, she was going to send me the coupon again. I have never had any retail, restaurant, fast food chain, or anywhere offer a coupon and then take it back. Very unprofessional service here with the young girl who claim “she was in charge” I order a smoothie online, I went to pick it up and was told they did not receive it. I check my bank statement there and showed I was charge. I was approach by the cashier who did not greet me but instead asked “what’s the name” she then proceed to tell me I did not place an order where as I showed her my bank statement that I was charged. So instead of her giving me what I paid for I was told she cannot give me my food and smoothie and said to call the help line. Please avoid this restaurant as the customer service is poor, and the manager leaves the person in charge to be very rude and does not know anything about customer service and at least helping to resolve the issue. Here’s an advice maybe put her in the back where she does not need to be around people since she acts like she hates her job.
