i worked here a couple years ago, the treatment was terrible, when i made mistakes, people would say toxic things to me. one of the younger girls working there asked me “did you even pass high school?” (i graduated early) i explained how i had brain damage from an accident when i was a kid, another worker told me “then don’t work”, as if that were an option. i remember people being mad at me, so i tried to make amends, they gave me the cold shoulder, but said they weren’t, i remember saying “it must all be in my head” this is when the manager just couldn’t hold it anymore and that people DID had problems with me. THATS when she had to tell me. i remember telling her the way i learned, and she just told me, “everyone’s like that”. i didn’t realize it at the time, but she was more worried about me trying to stand out as different than the actual reason i was telling her the managers were pretty much fine with the treatment. instead of fighting back i just decided to do something else.
the food isn’t much better anyways, i couldn’t stand it, personally. there’s a jersey mikes right down the road anyways which is delicious. i recommend giving them out.
was filing out a case with the EEOC, but it was taking a lot of time and work, so i just let it go

Read moreThis is the most convenient Subway location for me for the last decade & I have given this particular franchise it's last chance. The employees are rude, the drive thru is a joke & my order is consistently wrong. I like to support locally owned businesses, but this place doesn't deserve my business. This is a summary of my visit tonight: pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my online oder & the greeting I received was " it'll be at least 3 minutes". I politely informed her that I had an online order (placed 30 minutes earlier) she replied, "yeah, I'm still workingon it" & was instructed to pull ahead. After waiting a decent amount of time, I was thrusted my subs out the window with a snarl. I ordered meals & didn't receive the sides or drinks. Upon request for said pre-paid items, I got a sigh & eye roll.
THIS is why I don't tip beforehand. This is also an example of hoping to do right by giving several chances, but not getting a decent return on investment. I'll buy a $15 subpar sandwich...

I never get a "oh, sorry", "thank you have a nice day" NOTHING!! tonight I waited around trying to get the attention if a worker through d.t. they didn't give me a bag of chips that went with my order. When I finally got someone who gave me the chips but said nothing. I simply said "thank you, and this is the part where you say thank you have a nice day" she verbally attacked me saying I was the one coming at her being rude. I just want the world where we have customer service again and common curtesy. I am tired of paying $20 - $30 for a meal for 2 and getting small amounts for my money and rude ass treatment from someone who expects $15 / hour and a tip. I am done with subway! That was...
