Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Algoma Township

My order was not even prepared by the delivery time. It came over an hour late. That was over 2.25 hours after my order was placed. 45 minutes after my order and 30 minutes before the order was due to be delivered, I called because the status showed the order had yet to be started. The store assured me it was in the warmer and would be delivered by the 6PM delivery time. Then 26 minutes later, the driver called me to inform me that he was reviewing my order and most of it was not prepared yet and they would work to expedite the order since there was a mix up. They said they would do something for me for the inconvenience. They then called me an hour later to tell me they were on the way. About 15 minutes later the driver kindly delivered my order hot and fresh, but with little more than a nervous apology. I paid full price for my order, and it was delivered after my company needed to leave and all I got was a "thanks for your patience." Nothing was done for the horribly timed inconvenience. The only thing keeping me from strongly disagreeing and justcthe disagreeing that I would fecommend pizza hut to friends is because when the order eventually arrived it was actually correct and hot. I can honestly say my experience with other chains and local pizza places have been far more dependable. I was very disappointed by this...

Edit: tried again 3 months later and at 6:30pm they wouldn't seat us at a table. Only booth. I'm handicap and can't easily do that. The chairs are stacked up, there were no other clients in there and they wouldn't consider seating 5 adults at a table. Never again. Avoid this location!

We've been there a few times in the last few months and again had a bad experience. We will not return to this location. Our service took overly long. We were only told they ran out of cheese for garlic cheese toast after they delivered part of the order. They offered a swap for cheese breadsticks instead. The pizza was out minutes later. The pepperoni lovers was very sparse with some slices only having 3 pepponi on a slice. 3 of the 7 plates were given were DIRTY. Had never been washed from previous use, ranch & pizza sauce still on them! Waitress was polite and handling 1 other table. We only saw 1 other worker the hour we were there. Our table was not clean either when we sat at it. They did wash the chairs ad table quickly while wiping up the huge pop spill from previous client off the floor where we were to be seated. They are very friendly but service is super slow and just one thing after another each visit being worse than...

We've always had great service at this Pizza Hut. Tonight was different. At 6:35 I placed a pick up order of a sandwich and one pasta entre. I was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes which was perfect as I was out about 20 minutes. Got there at 7 to pick up and was told they only had one oven working and it would be another 35-40 minutes. Customer service for me would be notifying the customer of the delay and letting them choose. After going back to my car to wait another half hour I came back in and asked if my order was in the oven; if not I would just cancel it. I was told it was in the oven and although the computer said approximately 25 minutes, it would only be another 10 or so. She did say I could cancel it but I'm a benefit of the doubt person. During the next half hour 7 people picked up their orders, 5 of them on the list after me. When I walked out at 7:43 without my order, more than an hour after I had called, I received a phone call from PH at 8:20 asking if I was picking up my order and that it had been sitting there for an hour. Don't think so. I understand things happen; but I also understand customer service and the need to communicate...
