Bought a new iPhone from the Apple Store yesterday. Wanted to move my current cell number to the new phone. The nice Apple sales/tech tried to set up the new phone without moving the SIM card from the old phone to the new by making use of something called an electronic SIM. It didn’t work, and I was out of time. Both phones remained unable to receive or send calls or texts, even through WiFi, yet Verizon online wanted to send me a verification text before they would activate my new phone. He helped me get the exact phone I wanted in the color I wanted. He was personable, kind, listened to what I wanted and needed and got me a great deal. My phone took longer than anticipated to transfer data from one to the other which kept Alex after close. He assured me he didn’t mind and we had a great convo about life, sports and family. Read moreHorrible, went there just to swap Sim cards from my elderly father's flip phone to his new galaxy phone, they said there would be a $45 charge to do so, they're not a Verizon store, they're Russell Cellular. Confusing since the large sign on the front of the building says Verizon. I left, called Verizon customer service, they did a quick check, very helpful, and said you're set to swamp Sim cards, I did, done! They could have easily done this and earned customers in the future, instead I'm writing this review and will never go...
