Dunkin' — Restaurant in Algonquin

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin' customer for years, but this location has completely lost my trust due to the behavior of the manager, Jose. I visited recently and simply asked for a minor modification to my drink—something I’ve had done at other Dunkin' locations with no issue. Jose not only refused rudely, but acted as if customers shouldn’t expect any flexibility. It was a basic request, not against corporate policy, and his tone was dismissive and condescending. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. Instead of helping, he turned it into a power trip. This kind of treatment drives customers away. I’m leaving this review so ownership and corporate are aware of how unprofessional this location is being run. If Dunkin’ values customer service, they should question this manager’s conduct and retrain staff on what is actually allowed. I will not be returning to this location and recommend other to go to a different location if you like to make simple modifications like light ice...

If I can give zero stars I would! I would like to warn people that this Dunkin is a work environment full of teenagers who are being taken advantage of and untrained by Iris ( manager ) .. they are not being trained properly on certain stations ( cashier, food prep, cook etc) they are being left alone almost all day, they are being criticized at for not doing something right (again not being trained so how are they going to know whats the proper way to do things ) . She has employees clocking out for her at later times ( so she basicly getting paid for not being there ).. they don’t get any breaks at all after working more than 6 hrs shifts. If anyone should be blamed for how horrible this dunking is being run it should be by the one and only shift manager/store manager Iris along with her boss who is allowing this type of management. Poor teenagers don’t know any better to know that thats not the way they are soppose to be. Not a good place for employment or...

If I could give zero stars I would. I've waited since they opened until now to see if they actually can figure out what they are doing, but I've had it!! They are slow at making orders, orders are messed up on a regular basis, above all the customer service is HORRIBLE!! There's not enough room on this post to write about ALL the rudeness, and blatant disrespect to customers. Employees act like they could care less if you're there...as in, they will completely ignore costumers until they finish conversions, the dinning room us always dirty, very rarely do employees have a smiles on their faces, or even say anything when you walk up to the counter! A lot if times they just stand there and stair at you like I'm an inconvenience being there!! I LOVE dunken products, and was SO excited to have a store on the Eastside...but from now on I will be giving my money to McDonald's or Starbucks across the street until new...
