This store is absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Yes, there was a bit of a line but it's to be expected. Mind you I did get charged for the wrong order which the young lady was quick to catch, apologize and refund me for. Hey mistakes happen and I'm in no hurry so no blood no foul. Plus I did get my drink for free cause of the incident, but otherwise it was an overall positive experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you in the area or passing by.
A bit of an edit. I did end of coming to the drive threw on 10/11/2022 to get a little some some something to perk me up cause I was tired as hell. Couldn't find the drink I wanted on the menu that hasn't been updated in for ever. The barista was very helpful. My issues happened after my order was placed. Ended up getting the Java chip Frappuccino with a few extra shots of expresso, only no extra expresso. The lid was not sealed properly might have been the wring size lid or whatever but that ended up spilling everywhere. Obviously inconvenient as hell. Like on one hand I feel like the batista should have noticed that right off the back and been like sorry were just switching the lid or something. I told them I have a pick up order, drove up to the window, the girl rudely handed me my sandwich and told me to come back in 5 minutes because orders take 5 minutes, I didn’t look behind me but I figured I was holding up the line. I pulled forward and saw not one car in my rear view mirror, drove back around to the window and my drinks were already there, literally 45 seconds later and she kept repeating to me that mobile orders take 5 minutes. I wasn’t upset that the drinks were not ready I was annoyed that this girl had an attitude and made me drive around for no reason. I thought the whole point of ordering through the app was that they have your order before getting there, if I would have ordered there they wouldn’t have made me drive around for 5 minutes? Read moreEvery-time I come to this location an older lady with silver curly hair is always rude to me. I normally come around 7 am one day a week but lately i have been recovering very poor and rude service. The past couple times she has tried to send me away from the drive thru with only one of my drinks (i usually order two). Today she tried to hand me the wrong drink and when I corrected her she told me she “forgot about my order” and once she handed me one of the correct drinks she immediately says “have a good day” and walks away to where I can no longer see her. I had to say over three times that I have another drink. When she comes to the window after finally hearing me she sticks her head out of the window and proceeds to talk to me as if I am a child saying “i understand I am getting your drink” and I respond “okay I was just clarifying because it seemed like you were trying to send me away” and she said that she was.
