Read moreWent to Home Goods for a couple of rugs. Found a few that we liked yet when we were searching for them on the racks, the numbers on the displays and the numbers on the rugs were different. We got a red rug where the number and the price was different than the display yet it was the same exact rug. I took a picture to show them at the front checkout. I told the lady that checked us out that the displays back there were a mess. I showed her the picture and she said that the rug we had was different than the picture because there were two different thick red rugs back there. There were not, not like anyone could tell because it was so disorganized. Customer service is obviously not their thing. I provided picture proof that the rug had the wrong price and she immediately was like no it is not the same. I have never been in a store that did not honor the price that was displayed...
