The young lady at the cashier asked me if I was so by myself I told her yes she took me to a single chairs which were to low and the other three seats were too high I'm disabled which I couldn't have gotten up there even if I wanted to I felt that the manager was very unprofessional for the simple fact that I addressed him and asked him if I could sit in the booth right there that only sits too he said it was my name on the list I told him no but that I've been standing here for a while trying to get someone's attention and he just asked me my name and walked away never once did he tell me to hang on or anything else I wait approximately 10 minutes before someone came and got me and set me in that booth that I was asking to be seat at .. the waitress what by me I want to say a proximately for 3 minutes and then turned around and asked me if I wanted something to drink if I was ready to order I have never been to a place where everybody is so unprofessional all they did was walk around there talking Spanish out loud and I'm Hispanic so I understood everything that was being said but I think it's unprofessional for the simple fact that there was nothing but minorities in there..I will probably never ever spend another Denny in that Denny's I have been to Denny's for years and years over 20 years and I have never seen such bad service I live in Atlanta Georgia and I travel eating Denny's on the way down once I pass Atlanta because we only have one out there but never will I walked into that...

Came in for breakfast. Feels a bit dark and dingy when you walk in, But we were greeted quickly so we put in our name to be seated. They said it would be just a couple minutes...After about 15 minutes we went back up and asked how much longer it would be and they seemed confused as to who we were. After a little scurrying around they quickly took us to one of the empty tables. We sat there for about 10 minutes with no one coming to help us. Finally someone came by as we're about to get up and walk out and asked if we wanted anything to drink. From there...things were only slightly better. We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. ..but..had no utensils so had to wait and ask for those. Then.. asked for syrup and jelly, but served brought ketchup and sugar. Food was ok.. not great. We asked for our check. Server brought our check and another bottle of ketchup (?!?!) One thing of note: the place is SERIOUSLY run down and filthy (see attached photo) Tabletops are worn walls are dirty the blinds have food and catch up stuff to them and the floor next to my table had old math and food piled up on it like it hasn't been slept in years.Unfortunately when I dropped my phone and resend the pick it up that's what my hand fell into. Pretty damned disgusting. That's the photo you see in this review. Needless to say - we...
Read moreHarrassed and threatened by strange manager. Guy was bald, might have been Middle-Eastern or Indian. I ordered and paid for a hot chocolate at 2:00am and dozed until about 6:00am, then requested another one that didn’t come for 35 minutes, and the manager threatened to call the police on his sole paying customer ordering multiple items just because I snoozed in a tiny booth. That constitutes harassment and intimidation intended to provoke fear, and I had no other interaction with him to justify being targeted as a nicely dressed, unassuming customer.
When I demand my money back, he stalled and attempted to call police. Denny’s is low class with no customer service. That manager ought to be fired for ruining the company’s image of providing hospitable service. Denny’s relies on service quality and reputation to exist.
I’m requesting a formal response apology from the corporation, as well as a favorable resolution. If that crook acts like he can refuse service at will to good customers because he has a chip on his shoulder and stiff them on refunding $3 after harassing them, then the corporation can step in and fire him at will to protect the brand image and maintain integrity of service, without making passing guests feel threatened and unwelcome on the...
