Decided to give this place a try a few weeks back for the first time, and at that point the quality was spot on. Everything fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented.

I'm up to my fourth time having their food, and the last three times have all been disappointing with respect to accuracy. That's 25% accuracy so far.

Missing ingredients that were requested (including premium extras), missing sauce, instructions not followed, and overall the portions seem to be getting cut. Seafood I understand being very precisely measured, but veggies? A literal spoonful of edamame? C'mon guys, you can do better.

The care put into the food is just not consistent, and is equally important to freshness and all the other factors. I would not recommend this as a go-to for poke. If you're in the...

I came here after my daughter won The Championship Game. We sit down to dine and we hear music with bad language coming from the speaker. My 5 year old looked up at me with a shocked face. I was not about to stay there and continue to subject my girls to that. I told the workers the music had alot of bad language. They didn't do anything nor say anything to assist the complaint. Such a shame that this generation of young adults seem so desensitize to sexual music and have no manners. Those two young men didn't think it was an issue....

Why are you paying for ads when your workers are actively not working? The light is off to feel like it's closed and they paused online orders.
