McDonald's — Restaurant in Allegheny Township

This is the most dysfunctional McDonald’s that I have ever been to. The girl at the second window had absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. I waited in line 15 minutes in total. I watched the girl at the second window make my drink, I ordered a CARAMEL iced coffee with caramel drizzle. She put in two pumps of caramel and the bottle was empty, so she added liquid sugar to compensate for the other two pumps needed which is NOT the same thing as what I had ordered. I didn’t say anything to her about that, but I could clearly see that she didn’t put caramel drizzle on it so I asked her if there was caramel drizzle on it and she said “no, it wasn’t on the screen”. I literally pointed to the screen and said “it’s right there, it says add 3 shots of caramel drizzle”. So she took the lid off directly in front of me, WALKED OVER to the caramel drizzle, BROUGHT the caramel drizzle back and THEN poured an enormous amount on top of my drink in front of me at the window and then put the lid on. She handed me my drink without a straw, so I had to pull around the building and walk inside to get it. She also tried handing me the big breakfast with hotcakes which was the order behind me. Once again, I said “no, that’s the next car’s order. Right there on your screen it says that I ordered two hashbrowns and two bags of apples.” She then handed me the bag that I needed and walked away—did not say a word to me. I called to complain multiple times but nobody answered the phone. What upset me the most, was that I assumed the line was moving slowly because of short staffing. No, there were THREE EMPLOYEES standing there, staring at her instead of helping her or just moving her entirely. I placed a complaint with the 1-800 number and this store sent me a coupon for each item that I ordered. However, I live over an hour away, so I’ll never get...

Come here because it's close to my house.....They always mess the order up, you're always waiting and the drive thru..Tonight I waited almost an hr...if it wasn't to please my kids then I wouldn't have bothered...NEVER AGAIN...how the hell do you run a fast food restaurant that can't seem to pre cook meals and have them ready.....Not like it's their job or anything...I have lived in 3 different states....From NY, lived in VA and they were slower pace, but duncansville McDonald's you take the grand prize for slowest most incompetent fast food restaurant I have ever encountered...if 0 stars was an option then that's exaclty what I would be rating this place....From now on I'll waste the extra gas and wasting time and life...Hands down worst run place I have ever seen..On top of that I could hear some broad commenting on how many fries I ordered as I have a family..."4 fries?!?, They're just gonna throw it away anyway"...No little girl, my family doesn't waste food and be thankful for my order as that's what pays your salary.....She's lucky I pulled off before my wife heard....Worst most useless trashbag employee infested rathole I have ever witnessed....Wendys and dq will be getting my money from now on . this would be a one star if it wasn’t for frank. i don’t ever send my food back, i hate confrontation but our drink tasted like chemicals. we told him at the window and he was super helpful and understanding. however, we could hear his manager, her name was anita maybe or something along those lines, white older woman, completely yelling at him from our car. she was literally yelling at him because there was “nothing wrong with the drink.” that is completely 100% not appropriate and she was unreasonably mean to him when it’s not even his fault at all. frank was super sweet throughout it all. i go to this mcdonald’s a lot since i live close and he’s always super great and kind and a great worker. he seems like such a good kid. i wish he worked somewhere his employers appreciated him. frank is the backbone of the...
