One of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had with fast food. I pre-ordered hoping it would be done by the time I arrived 10-15 minutes after ordering. I get there and it’s empty so I am hopeful. I am the only customer in the building and I pre-ordered so it should be ready or nearly ready. I see two orders on the counter and walk up to them. A man standing at the counter in a uniform shirt says “they will help you” points to his co-workers and leaves the building. I wait 10 minutes until finally someone asks for my name and what I ordered. I tell them my name and they say “okay” and continue to work the drive-thru window. Another 10 minutes go by and they finally give me half of my order of only 2 breakfast sandwiches. As I wait for my 2 drinks, people start coming in and are helped before I am. The guy behind the counter says “I’m sorry everyone” to the 6-10 people now in the lobby waiting to order or to pick up their order. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting for my order, they are done. I am not happy at this moment and leave the establishment. I get home and the food is cold but, taste is not too bad. The drinks are bad, taste like coffee, when we ordered iced cappuccino, and to top it all off they are very bitter with little to no sweetener or flavor. I understand being busy but, there is absolutely no excuse when you only have 1-2 customers waiting and you are ONLY helping the drive-thru. If I could give it 0...
Read moreI never leave bad reviews, but this Dunkin deserves it, as this is not the first time I have had a terrible experience with them. I am not sure if they are under new management since they recently opened, but this place is exceptionally awful now. First of all, their inside isn’t even open so you have to wait in the drive thru line for mobile orders, which makes no sense to me. Today, I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before I got there (like I always do) and the line was super long so I had just assumed they were short staffed and tried not to get impatient. I got there around 8:45 and didn’t get to the window until 9:05 and my order wasn’t even ready even though I placed it 30 minutes ago. They hand me my drink and I had to wait for my food, after having an extremely bad attitude from the drive thru woman. Another woman hands me a bag of burnt hash browns and I mention that my drink is wrong but tell them it’s alright because I was already late for work, she just laughed and said “sorry”. She didn’t offer to refund me or anything, awful attitude. They also weren’t even short staffed, there was about 5 people in there, one girl who was clearly working very hard, and the others just standing there. This place is an embarrassment to Allen Park and I will not be going here anymore, I will just go back to my usual Starbucks. Come here if you want terrible attitudes mixed with burnt food/wrong...
Read moreI am absolutely appalled not only by the fact that they consistently get things wrong, but especially about how when I mention that my drink was not done the way I wouid like, the drive thru worker proceeds to argue with a customer why it’s NOT wrong and that he’s basically going to do nothing about it! I come here a lot as I live down the road and they have been messing up on my order A LOT but today I asked them to add more coffee to the drink as it LOOKED LIKE 95% MILK a SPLASH of coffee. All I did was tell him “Hi, can you please find a way to add more coffee to this? It like it’s mainly milk and the color is almost white” and instead of just saying “Yes, no worries” and adding it because it’s clear that THEY didn’t add enkygh to the drink and the customer does not want it this way, he tells me “You ordered a latte. It has milk and the caramel swirls. That’s all we can do”. REALLY? If you don’t want to work then just say so but don’t tell me that you can’t make my drink the way it’s SUPPOSED to be made. After he told me this, I realized that I was recovering terrible customer service and rhat he did not care. So I smiled and said “Okay, have a great day!” and left. Shame on you, DUNKIN. I truly hope a...
