First Form Collectibles — Local services in Taylor

Do NOT order from this company. FFC is a dishonest company that does NOT care for its customers. While their pinned post on X/Twitter bashes on other failed companies like Kraken Collectibles and Big Apple Collectibles, it seems like First Form Collectibles has doubled down on the other companies' bad habits.

I have three outstanding orders totaling over $500 that have been in a state of limbo for over a year now. I have reached out to them month after month about these orders with no resolution at all. Based on their own messages and social media posts, they have received stock at some point for ALL of the Funko Pops I pre-ordered from them, yet here I am a year later with nothing to show for it. Every time I've pointed this out to them, it seems like they either brush it aside or come up with a new excuse.

Understand if you place an order with First Form Collectibles, you are not making a PURCHASE, but instead giving this company a loan that they will run off with and use to expand with new brick and mortar locations and new events to get autographs at, with no intention of delivering on the promised pre-orders they have on their website.

I am not the only one affected by this. Many people are, as can be seen from the other 1 star reviews, from their social media comments, and from many posts on websites like Reddit. I urge you to SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY and shop elsewhere for all of your collectible needs, as it seems the only things First Form Collectibles is capable of delivering to its customers are headaches and...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have placed an order in July 2023 and have yet to receive it. I will update if/when I receive my order. They also are horrible at responding to emails, either not respond at all or will reply in two weeks and even now haven’t provided me with a proper response to where my order is. I regret not asking for a chargeback when I still had the opportunity to do so as I didn’t realize this was a common issue with this company. Also regret I can’t give a 0 star rating

EDIT: I received information about a label created Dec 21, 2023. It is now 2024 and nothing has been shipped yet. Also received an email from them that they finally received their inventory in Dec 2023 and they were going to prioritize my order.

EDIT2: finally received my order on Jan 31, 2024. There was no added info for a while about my package and I emailed them on Jan 22 mentioning how a label was made a month ago so I wanted an update. 5 days later they replied back saying they will make sure it gets shipped within the next few days. Overall I didn’t like this experience cause I constantly had to follow up with them not knowing when they’ll reply back and based on all the reviews, I almost didn’t think I would receive what I ordered. If I could rate this company a negative rating I would. I preordered pops from them in March of 2023 which were supposed to come out at the end of the year but were never shipped. I understand release dates being flexible and changing so I waited a bit. I've been emailing back and forth with customer support since March 3rd of this year and first was told my order was in stick and would be shipped out, then 2 months later I reached out again because I heard and got nothing. I had to email a third time a week later to finally get a response, being told they were behind on order which in my opinion should have been communicated but it took multiple emails before it was. When I expressed my frustration and wish to cancel my order they wouldn't do it until I insisted multiple times and had the audacity to tell me they would charge me a restocking fee with the cancellation for an order that's been months outstanding. Now 3 weeks later after promising a refund they still have not refunded me and haven't responded to my most recent email inquiring about my order.
