Allen ISD Performing Arts Center — Attraction in Allen

Went here a few months ago for a senior dance recital for my sister the show went fantastic except for some major disruptions were the fire alarms going off multiple times at least almost 10 times because the construction crew were working and set the fire alarm off multiple times and I evacuated the building one time because it went off for about 5 to 10 minutes until they silenced it and almost every 10 to 20 minutes it would go off and silenced again which was annoying what could’ve happened was before making disruptions like this again the construction crew would’ve cancelled the day or have the host event requested at a different location because some people may not want to hear the fire alarms going off even if they have sensitive hearing but only lasted the first half of the show and second half of the show no alarms...

The Allen ISD performing arts center is a very nice venue for all sorts of things. we went to a dance show that was hosted by an Asian dance teacher from nearby Plano. all of the students were Asian girls, which made it kind of boring, because I didn't want to attend an event were all the students are one gender and race. but the ages of the students ranged from preschoolers to seniors in High School. the performance went really well. the performances only required some talent, not to insult the dancers. and the part where they danced to English Music was the best part. without that part, I would be extremely angry for wait I had watched and most...

It has a beautiful large stage. It's always kept very clean. They only problem with the auditorium is that sound echos. As performers say things, sometime it will echo and be difficult to make out what they're saying. But overall it is a great place to see performances.
