I keep trying to give this particular location a chance, as it is the most convenient for my morning routine. I work for Delta Airlines DFW, after dropping my littles ones to school, I come here to jump on the toll for work. Today was my day off, though I still come after school drop off. Today I was disappointed and under served once again. I ordered an iced matcha latte, hot breakfast and a venti mango dragonfruit for later. Drive through handed me the most watered down drangonfruit I’ve ever witnessed. The drink was barely pink. I asked the drive throughout attendant to remake. He advised this was correct but handed it back to crew, 1 minute later I heard laughter and I was given back my same drink, just shaken a bit. I drove around and parked to discuss with management. She was very dismissive, I did mention this location always has new employees but either way orders should be made correctly. Overall, I received a new drink made correctly. Management is very poor. Read moreWorst experience of my life! The barista could not understand what I was saying- I asked for straws but he left and came back after much time with "no order for Josh." This was on top of the fact that the cafe was closed to indoor access without any notice- there was a sign on the door that said "cafe is closed, drive thru only." This caused a usually 3 minute quick mobile order pickup trip to become 50+ minutes consisting of tens of cars and headaches in the parking lot with cars trying to navigate. Lastly, the most important part- OUR DRINKS were all diluted due to the 50+ minute wait, and was clear they were made incorrectly. We were regular customers at this location, but after this experience, we are never returning and advising our friends not to either. With this being said, we never even got an apology from the baristas for the long wait, which I am sure would have made other customers feel a little better about the inconvenience...
Read moreOrdered a pink drink and a java chip frappuccino (it was buy one get one free). I kept going to this location to give them the benefit of the doubt and i wont be returning. My drink was not right. It didnt have hardly any coconut milk in it and i asked for more coconut milk since it looked weird. Instead of an extra cup, she poured out some of it and added it on top. Ok sure, fine. Then she tried to hand me two java chip frappuccinos since she wasnt sure what i ordered. I jokingly told her i would take both. She said no since it could be someone else's. Well its a good thing im honest and only took one. Then i get my pink drink and take a sip and it was super watered down and still looked funny. Like it was separating (lookes like it has been sitting out for a while). This has happened with the pink drink every time ive left this location. They need to learn the measurements and also stop watering...
