Recently made a pickup order for convenience. Picked up my order and drove home. When we checked our food we were disappointed. The sandwiches were sloppy, there were no stickers to keep the sandwiches wrapped and we got the wrong salad. We went back to the store to get the correct salad. There were two employees, an older male who did not speak English and a young female who was bilingual. We attempted to discuss the issue but the male was dismissive. The female told us that she understood but did nothing to help the male understand. We only wanted to get the correct salad, not a refund. The males attitude was so rude that we asked him to call the owner which he did. As we tried to explain our concerns with her she talked over us therefore failing to even understand. We had to match her rudeness just to get her to listen. She told us that they only had one salad though the website clearly showed a second salad which that we purchased. I had to ask her to go to their website several times so that she could see what we were seeing. Once on the site she told us that she couldn’t do anything about it because she didn’t control it. Then why not except that your customers deserve better. I told her that I was frustrated because I was the customer and that I spend my hard earned money for their services. I do not work for her. We were subsequently able to force the male to correct our order. It was clear that the owner is used to controlling and talking down to employees and do not no the difference between a worker and a customer. It’s was also clear that she either doesn’t get it or just doesn’t care, both of which are not conducive to customer service. I can see where her employees get it from. Over the past few years the quality of service and food at this location has eroded. This is the closest Subway to my home and I will drive further away and NEVER put my in this wreck of a...
Read moreWent in about 7:50, the man taking our order was TJ. My boyfriend ordered first and asked for an Italian footlong, he insisted to get the Italian herbs and cheese instead because the Italian wasn’t cooked right. My boyfriend asked for ham and he put turkey on it, he asked for the white American cheese and while TJ was already putting the cheese on the sandwich he said “is this is white American or am I just putting random things on your sandwich?” He also asked for jalapeños and he put green bell peppers on it. He asked me my bread and I said the Italian herbs and cheese, before asking me anothkng else he proceeds to start putting turkey on my sandwich to which I speak up and said I would like the meatball marinara he threw his hands up and said ohhh I’m sorry and was messing with the meatball mix for awhile, finally he starts putting the meatballs on my sandwich hardly any sauce at all and the meatballs were burnt and spongy I also got the white amiercan cheese but said that was all I wanted because I didn’t want to get something I didn’t ask for. The whole time while ordering him and another employee were messing around about kicking and punching each other. No manager around. I wanted to get some cookies but they all looked pretty dark and crispy so I just passed. I feel like restaurants are starting to not care and just hire anybody that walks in at this point. If he didn’t know what the ingredients were why is he there? Won’t be going to this...
Read moreI placed a delivery order through the Subway app. I ordered the meal with chips and a drink. It only delivered with the sandwich (which wasn't toasted as requested). The last time I ordered from this location, the chips delivered, but it was missing a drink. I drove up to the store to discuss with the employee. Honestly, an apology, and I would have been good. Instead, the response I received still makes no sense. I pointed out that the chips and drink were on the receipt, but weren't in the order. The employee looked at me and said, "That's not my job. The delivery driver should go get the chips and drink." I told the employee, it's not the delivery driver's job to prepare the meal, and it was in fact the employee's job. Again, instead of apologizing, the employee doubled down and said it wasn't his fault. I went out to my vehicle, then decided to go back inside to get his name and a phone number to call someone. The second he saw me coming back inside, he made a beeline to the back. At that point, I noticed there was a minor behind the counter in the food prep area which I believed was a health code violation (I reached out to the county, it is). I attempted contact with Subway Corporate, but in their great wisdom, they've eliminated customer service via phone. The only way to report a concern is via their website, and when I did get a response, it was a...
