One excuse after another, and then the ring breaks in my hand... I took a ring in that my husband bought for me a number of years ago I didn't care for the setting and asked for it to be reset into a different ring. They continually told me that it would be ready and then bumped my date back. I went to pick it up. It was not sized up correctly. They sent it back. We used their ring sizer to figure out the right size. They got it back. It still was not size correctly. it was not even the size we agreed upon. They when it broke in my hand I told them that was enough. I wanted my stone and my money back. The band the stone was in was a loss at this point because it was being used towards the rings (also got two rings resized) the tried to tell me it was because of the jeweler had a broken laser. Then they tried to tell me it's because the driller had personal issues that he had to deal with the delay him and then they try to blame it on my husband because My Husband said I didn't need to tell my birthday. The entire time arguing with me and giving me a different story every time. Never ever ever ever do business with them; unless you just wanna be lied to.
