Taco Bell — Restaurant in Allen

Update: I gave this place another chance, DO NOT go here after 9pm. Their drive-thru service is horrendously slow, so slow in fact that it's worse than a snail's pace. It took them 5 minutes to get to the speaker and take my order and when I got to the window to pay the idiot at the drive thru window left me sitting for 10 minutes. I timed and stared at him waiting as patiently as I could before he saw me. He looked back to the screen and proceeded to leave me there for another 5 minutes before I had it and drove off. Whoever the manager is there, if you read this, either fire yourself or get better people. I am warning to all that look at this place, you will not have a good service here, go to the other locations I mentioned below.

Somehow the worst Taco Bell out of all the ones I've ever been to. If you want to go to a good TB, go to the one located on 121 and Custer or the one that's further West on McDermott and Ohio where the Walmart is. You'll get a good portion size, service, employees that at least seem to give a crap about their customers, and food that should taste right.

Everytime... EVERYTIME I go here, whether I order online ahead of time or thru the drive thru, they get something wrong. This time (drive thru), I wanted to substitute the Chipotle sauce for sour cream on a burrito and I got neither. Just a dry burrito AND they charged me for the sour cream I didn't even get. The previous time (online for pick up) they told me I didn't order a drink so, I had to show them my receipt to prove it. The actual receipt they used to make the order. THEN, they gave me a burrito that was missing some of the items I requested and paid additional money for. I didn't realize until I got home and opened the burrito. I had to go back to get it replaced. They do not pay attention and, for them to offer substitutions that are literally shown on the screen when making the order (I've worked at TB before), I don't understand how they always get it wrong. If you're going to order from here, DO NOT alter the menu items. That's my recommendation. From now on, I'll be driving the additional 4 to 5 miles to the next closest TB. Absolutely terrible staff. I placed a mobile order which was supposed to go to a different location but instead went to this one. My fault, no big deal. So I called to inform them of my mistake so they did not waste their time or food since I would not be picking it up. The first lady (strong Hispanic accent) told me That I didn't place an order at that location and proceeded to hang up on me. So I call back And she answers the phone again. I explained to her that I just place the order I have a receipt in my app and she still argues. I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and hung up on me again. I called back someone else answered the phone. I explained to her what happened and while she attempts to look into it, I can hear someone in the background telling her to hang up.
