I am delighted to share my review of Everest Plano Restaurant, which I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed with its delicious food and spacious, kid-friendly atmosphere. One of the standout dishes that I tried was the chicken lollypop, which was expertly prepared and had a perfect balance of savory flavors and a crispy exterior. The dish was both visually appealing and tasted amazing, and it's no surprise that it's a favorite among many diners at the restaurant. The momo was another dish that I tried, and it was equally delicious. The filling was perfectly seasoned, and the dumplings were cooked to perfection. The presentation of the dish was also impressive, with a beautiful and intricate design that added to the overall experience. Aside from the food, I was also impressed by the restaurant's spacious layout, which was perfect for families with kids. There was plenty of room for children to run around and play, which made the dining experience much more enjoyable for parents who want to enjoy their meal without worrying about keeping their kids occupied. The restaurant's bar also deserves a mention, as it offered a great selection of drinks and was a nice place to unwind after a long day. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Everest Plano Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and a family-friendly atmosphere. The chicken lollypop, momo, and bar are just a few of the many highlights that make this restaurant a standout in its category.

I'm an Indian food lover. I can eat Indian food continuously and not get tired of it for a week. I've been to at least 20 Indian restaurants around the world but I've never been to a Himalayan Indian restaurant. Himalayan food sounds very tempting to my husband and I when we first found this place by random via google maps. I read all these good feedback and decided to give it a try. "Holly Chicken Tikka Masala!" This place far exceeds our expectations!! This place is phenomenal with such an amazing Indian curry smell when we first walked in. We got very hungry as soon as we sat. The menu offered a wide range of dishes and all sounded very tempting. We ordered chicken korma curry with naan, goat korma curry with rice, chicken lollipop and fried cauliflower. The food was served quickly and tasted incredibly good! Chicken lollipop was very juicy and tender. Korma curry tasted so creamy and thick with blended nuts like we have never tasted in other Indian restaurants. Believe me they were SO DELICIOUS with either naan or rice. My husband and I both agree that this is the best curry we have ever eaten. (I almost screamed “oishii” out loud but realized I'm not in a Japanese restaurant...lol) Not sure if it's the power of the Himalayas that makes it so special. Service was excellent and the Boss was incredibly friendly. We would like to revisit this place more often and we highly recommend anyone to come eat here! It's really good!

I would give 0 stars to this restaurant after my 4th visit today. Very Very unprofessional. They just yell all around with the order or anything they need to communicate . No politeness. They yell the order to cook, they talk themselves loud, screaming and communicating with each other. Guest are in front of you eating there food. Show some respect !!! I did not liked there food from the very first visit but I still thought to give them try again. However, Today 4th time I went with my two other friends as this is the only Nepali restaurant close to is.

We got there at 6:30 pm and was done with out food around 7:20 pm. We thought lets have a cup of tea each as we were done early and was kind of sleepy too with food. In addition, we were waiting for our to go orders as well. When we ordered 3 cups of tea, they were like oh we cant make tea now coz we are busy. Who is going to make tea now? the server lady asked so rudely as if we are asking something off the menu. I asked her so do you guys don’t do tea in the evenings? She said we r busy now. Am I going to carry tea here or do other things? we have other orders. She said with extremely surprised and rude expression. I was shocked. How can you say that when customer orders and is paying for it. we were just sitting and waiting for our food. 10 mins passed. We had spend over $150 in food in am hour and they refused to take tea order. it was not $2 order. 3 cups of tea were equivalent to $9. Then the owner says I can bring you stale tea from morning. Thats all i can do but we cant make tea . The reason was they were busy, they didn’t want to make tea. We didn’t ask anything off the menu or something they would not serve at that moment. They were very rude and made us feel like we were asking too much. The owner gave was stale tea which was cold and still charged us. We couldn’t even drink the tea. I am sure the owner has been to other restaurants but you need to take LESSON for CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are Nepalese too . We wanted to support the restaurant but we were treated like trash after spending $150. I will never go back. Probably we r Nepali and no respect to the own people. The worst food and service ever I got in any Nepali restaurant. This is a black mark for Nepali Food, Nepali Culture...

Our 1st visit the food was pretty good. We ordered again recently and the service was terrible and the customer service company they partner with has been of little help. We placed an order online for a Sunday pickup & then realized they were closed. I immediately reached out to their customer support "The Owner" and also called the restaurant and left a voicemail with my order information and informed them that I did not want the order as I would not be in the area the following day. The customer service responded within 30 minutes & told me they would assist in getting the order canceled. I was under the impression that everything was squared away until the following day when I received a notification while I was at work stating my order was ready for pick up. I had my husband call the restaurant and he texted me back stating the employee answering the phone said the order was made & they would not being doing a refund & we can pick it up later. When I got off 4 hours later I called & spoke with the same female employee & explained the situation in detail to which she very rudely responded obviously the order didn't get canceled, the customer service called, but they already started the order by that time & that I can come pick it up. I asked the employee if the order had to been sitting there since the original pick up time, to which she responded yes, the order has been bagged up waiting. I then proceeded to ask why the order was not stored properly if we were expected to still pick it up & explained that the food was not safe for my family to eat. The employee then asked if she could call me back. I called back 30 minutes later & the employee stated she was waiting for the manager to come in within the next hour. I asked her to please call the manager as I was waiting to find out what I needed to do. She called the manager & called me back stating he would process the refund & they would call me to confirm. I never received a call. I called again the following day & again was told I would get a refund and a call and still have not gotten either. I will now go through my credit card company after recording the phone call. There is a lack in service & consideration for safety & health of the...
