Chicken Express — Restaurant in Plano

I had previously left a good and a bad comment about Chicken Express’ wings. But now, I have to revise my comments to reflect my current experience. I went back and ordered the boneless chicken wings. They were what I remembered eating a few years back minus the bones. They were seasoned just right, and not soaking in hot sauce like most other places. They never were from the beginning. I was so elated and enjoyed my wings when I got home. The sweet rolls go perfect with the nuggets tucked inside.them. I can now go to my favorite place for chicken wings and have to encourage the public to try them out yourself. You won’t regret it! Thank you Chicken Express for keeping the same seasoning and texture of your wings. I will remain a loyal customer forever. I cannot comment about the atmosphere since I usually “take out” . I was a frequent customer of this location until today. It's a shame the manager was willing to lose a customer over a simple drink order that I've ordered every time the past 3-4 months. Most places I normally order 1/2 sweet tea and 1/2 lemonade. But the CE sweet tea is a little too sweet therefore I ask for 1/3 sweet tea, 1/3 unsweet, and 1/3 lemonade. There's never been an issue until today. I was told they can only do half and half. When I asked for an explanation of why they couldn't make my drink order the manager came to the window rather aggressively and said "we can only make 2 flavors. We can't do 3, 4 flavors!". I responded and said ok I won't be back here. His response was "Ok".

I just had to review….just Spent $100 Bucks today to do a picnic…$60 for 30 tender family meal, and I saw what the heck let do the fish fillets $40bucks (first time order)….I wish I was informed that they cook to order the fish….I would like to know I’m gonna spend 10-15min extra waiting at the drive thru window…..only to get my order and the fish GOOD my tenders sub par….dried out chicken….will definitely stick to the spring creek location…..speaking of drive thru window…..NOT A FAN of that advertised window so the employee can only see out but the customer can’t see in….I needed to get their attention I had to HONK several times….shouldn’t need to occur in a drive thur at the window.
