Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Allendale

We had a stay in the area and my daughter asked for Chinese food. This restaurant had good ratings and was conveniently located in the center of Allendale just a few minutes from our hotel. The online ordering process was very convenient and the pickup time was short, 20 minutes. The food was the star. Portions were ample and my Orange Chicken was delicious and although not as spicy as I like it, very nicely spices and very flavorful. Our pan fried dumplings included 8-9 good sized dumplings and were perfect to split with a few left over. They were tasty and nicely crispy from the pan cooking. All and all a very nice choice and you will probably have leftovers for lunch...

This establishment has been in Allendale for many years, and has been the constant go-to for me and my family whenever we want Chinese cuisine. The family who owns the restaurant have always been warm and welcoming, and every experience I've had has been wonderful. Their menu is big and diverse, with everything being fresh and delicious (highly recommend the sesame chicken and dumplings!). The egg drop soup was overloaded with egg, the egg roll was soooo greasy that it tasted only of grease and I had grease all over my hands. I have never seen white lomein and white pork fried rice! Both were tasteless and just noodles and rice with nothing else in them...,no onion, bean sprouts or soy sauce or anything else that's usually used when cooking those things. Won't be back....worst food I've had in a long time and hands down the worst...
