Primo Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Allentown

So I ordered 2 lg pies 1 plain 1 extra cheese and when I received my delivery the extra cheese pie had half of its cheese slide off of it. I call and explain what happened and had the owner put on the phone and had him go on and tell me that his driver made no mistakes in delivering the pizza and was strongly insinuating that I was lying to him mind you I even left a $6 tip when the shop is only 2 mind from where I live and I was not asking for a refund just for them to make me a new pie and deliver it.... so he goes on yelling at me over the phone stating that he will not send me another one and that I would have to bring the pie in for a refund and that’s all he could do... obviously that’s ridiculous but I do go and take the pie back and show him what was wrong with the pie and he just starts yelling and throws $12 at me mind you a large pie extra cheese is $16 and I wanted the top back from bad food delivery and horrible service and he goes on to curse at me and yelling on the top of his lungs that I’m starting problems and complaining about nothing while all I’m asking was for him to be fair and honest.... Completely ridiculous considering they have ok food and now to find out that they have extremely horrible customer service and I will never order there again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. “””CAUTION”””VERY BAD BUSINESS OWNER”””CAUTION”””

P.s. I only got $16 back and was denied the tip back while he’s threating to call the cops when I was talking to him for a total of 30 seconds

It would of been 5 stars like I used to have on my old account but it's more like 4 1/2 now, it's a late review I know but I haven't had any time to sit and do this. But months ago (told u I'm late lol) I had went in and ordered a cheese hoagie and I had em add some different veggies to it as well. Now it's a cheese hoagie first off, regardless or the veggie change. Anyway I go home and didnt eat right away til later that night. So I cut a small piece off since it was late, I was sitting with low light as well. I take a bite and that was like a mayo taste really couldnt taste much I take another bite and I'm like something tastes off, I open it up and there is meat on it!! Now I haven't eaten meat in YEARS, I'm proud of that and also my body doesn't accept it well. But luckily i only ate 2 small bites but i didnt get as sick as if I ate the whole thing but i did get a bad stomach ache. Now I couldnt call it was late and the next day was pouring rain and at that point even tho I live across the street lom I'm like screw it I gave the sandwich to my niece and called it a loss. I'm sure they would of fixed it but I just had alot going on. Just now I check ahead lol **Oh and idk why you changed the mozzarella sticks you had for years with the ones now but the old ones were sooooo much better!! I'd get them back...

On July 28th my fiancé and I ordered pizza. As we usually do from Primo. Now sometimes we go through Grubhub sometimes we go through Slice. We usually love this place and have no issues. After I was pretty much done with a slice, I noticed near the crust there was a couple black spots baked into the cheese which I initially thought could have been something from the oven but as I pulled it out and inspected it I saw it was a bug. I was mortified. So I reached out to slice ( you have to go though the third party you order through) and they spoke with the restaurant and all they were going to do was refund $5 and I thought that was unfair due to me throwing out the rest of the pie after that which was pretty much whole. I tried to escalate this and nothing came from it because the restaurant manager “wouldn’t budge”. My daughter could have eaten this. And who knows if there were more bugs we didn’t notice baked into the whatever little we did eat. I’m extremely disappointed. We’ve spent a lot of money here in the 2 years we have lived in the area. But I won’t risk ordering from them again especially seeing how they handled...
