Awful Treatment by Staff at Night Shift
I recently delivered a load to this Lineage facility, and although the loading process itself went smoothly and in a timely manner, the experience with the staff was absolutely unacceptable. The treatment I received, particularly from the lady working the night shift behind the counter, was extremely disturbing.
She showed a complete lack of respect towards me as a driver and a human being. Her behavior was so out of line that I had to literally walk away to avoid a confrontation. It wasn’t just me who felt this way either—there were four other drivers present, and we were all holding ourselves back from reacting to her outright disrespect.
I believe management needs to seriously re-evaluate her ability to represent this facility and deal with customers. The level of unprofessionalism she displayed was shocking and unacceptable. It feels like she’s a ticking bomb waiting to go off, and that's dangerous in a customer-facing role. He said it depends on what time your appointment is. The place was literally opening up in a half an hour I drove my truck completely out of there by the time I got back Hours later I had 10 people ahead of me unreal.
So the second question, I asked him he's a technical jerk. I won't even try to describe. There is no overnight staying here I had to reset my hours. Didn't know when you better. I guess I can leave my trailer and come back for it after my hours are reset. Thank you for being a technical jerk and I didn't forget the first time I asked you a question and nine people got ahead of me I repeat the guy operating the truck jogging trailers around that works in the a.m. hours. Read morebe me arrive at at 14:10 walk up to the office lady in the parking lot says "we're closed, come back at 21:30" wut find somewhere to park and come back at 21:30 walk into office, approach window after like 5 minutes the lady says "the sign clearly says wait to be called to the window" and angrily shuts it jfc settle down damn notice another sign that says "DOT number required at sign in" go out and write it on my bills because I know she will be a turbobitch about it & I don't know it by heart re enter office, wait called to window, give her bills "come back at 00:30, your appointment isn't until 06:30"
