I ordered delivery for the third time from this place… I had a woman deliver the first two times without any issue… This time I get a man who calls me screaming that he is outside so I said ok you have the door number please come to my door as usual so I don’t have to leave my children unattended and he tells me he will not order to the door with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever heard anyone get with a customer for no reason. I call the restaurant and she tells me they have been robbed .. so I suggested they don’t bother to deliver if they were going to take it out on innocent customers and have them waiting more than an hour to have someone tell you you need to come out and find them in the parking lot and then fetch your food. I’ve been ordering from them for years . Tonight I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order literally same thing every time. They delivered the wrong type of rice , the rice contained shrimp and lobster in it ( I’m allergic to seafood) I called and tried to resolve the issue. They told me next time to be more clear on what kind of rice I want even though I thought “fried rice without pork” was very clear . They first offered to bring me the correct meal . I agreed to that , they put me on a hold then got back on the line and said their boss didn’t agree to them delivering the correct meal. So I asked why offer it then decline it ? After years of ordering, they decide randomly that they just are not going to deliver to me anymore. Don't waste your time with them. Rude service. I also tried to recieve a refund. I can't eat this food. A woman from the restaurant said that she needed to come get the food out of the trash can to give me a refund. She said over and over again that she did not care. Asked me if I had "gone to school" because I didn't understand what a refund was. She said that she wanted to send the police to my house so they could decide if I deserved a refund. I really regret giving them 10yrs of my business. I never once complained when they messed up an order. I wanted a refund this one time because what they had done to be was unfair.
