Venny's Pizza and Restaurant — Restaurant in Allentown

I’m a very kind person so I always hate writing bad reviews, been here a few times and I can say all of my experiences were ok, I’ve realized though they price gouge…and most of the time my pizza was burnt and very greasy, I only go here when I really have no choice , went today and got a buffalo chicken sandwich it says all meals come with fries for 7.49, I got charged eleven? Didn’t say anything, got the food and the chicken sandwich wasn’t buffalo…and a tiny patty, not to mention they don’t wear gloves, the workers are kind always but I called to tell them my experience and they said they charged me eleven because of extra toppings and fries? I thought fries were included? And u could’ve said u we’re charging me for toppings, they said cause I left I couldn’t get a refund but I’m honestly too scared to ever confront people because of this reason, I said if it would be okay if I disputed it and the guy said no we have five cameras they will see u left this and that, they offered a free meal next time but the foods not even the greatest, this isn’t a real Italian place so don’t waste ur time going here…hope to get my money back through the dispute but they will probably deny it, I just don’t get why places like these can’t just refund u instead of going through a dispute process, I should’ve taken a picture of the chicken sandwich it was poorly prepared. Wish me luck on getting my money back. Can’t go here ever again now because they’ll probably freak out after calling them about my experience instead of just being professional and giving...

While the food was decent, the atmosphere was horrible. Better to do take out from this place than sitting in. The main guy who works in the front is very rude. He yelled at my husband for leaving his cellphone on the counter, while looking at the drinks, not even two feet away from him. While I think his intentions were well, he came off very negative and it was very absurd. Not only did he say something about it once, but three times. When we got our food and sat down, I felt uncomfortable and odd trying to enjoy my dinner due to the works staring us down. Finally, when we were finished eating, we left the dishes on the table since there wasn’t a specific spot for us to put them after. However, we did make sure to stack the plates and put any mess made on the table on top of the plates. While walking out, the guy then yelled to my husband, saying, “Hey! Come on man!” Implying that he should have put the dishes on the front counter. The whole interaction and experience was not enjoyable whatsoever. Customer service is definitely a 1/10. My husband and I will not be returning to this restaurant and I don’t believe anyone should. In the case that someone does, takeout is probably the best way to go. If someone is going to a restaurant to eat and buy food, at least treat them with some respect and kindness? The works actions are just completely...

Normally I don't give bad reviews but I think I've had enough of this place I went in with my niece for lunch ordered a large chicken cheesesteak and cheese fries with two cheese slices said it more than once the man at the register even repeated it back to me and as I'm waiting he brings out a large chicken and cheese pizza im there with my niece what on earth would I want with a large pizza he then turns after I told him that my order was wrong and tries to shift the blame to me as if it was my fault we argued a bit and he finally gets my order right but he did not correct the price this is the second time he has done this to me so I will not be going back nor will anyone I know I will make it my business to tell everyone how rude and disrespectful the man is and will not recommend anyone to eat there . The only reason I gave a star rating is cause if I didn't I would not have been able to post if not they would have not...
