Aggie's Steak & Subs — Restaurant in Alliance

Great food, but you have to have the whole package. My family and I just went there last night 5/13/22 to have dinner before graduation. I knew it would be busy and so, I called ahead. I had to assume that I called the right number because she mumbled as she answered the phone. We arrived and went to the counter, no communication at all just a stare from the young girl with long dark hair. We got our drinks while waiting and she just stared at us like we were a burden. They brought us our food which was 6 subs but one was wrong ( no big deal, it was a big order). I took it back to the counter and explained this one was supposed to be plain, no veggies. She told me I was wrong that I didn't tell her that on the phone. I actually told her that I was sorry, she said nothing, she just told the boy there with her to go make another one. She turned her back toward me and I was left standing there with a sub in my hand that I didn't know what to do with. I had to ask her what I should do with this one, she just took it from me. I wanted to ask for Aggie sauce but she had such an attitude,I went back to my table and I had my husband go get sauce. The bread is excellent. Crispy and delicious, but also soft and chewy.

The steak and cheese are melted to perfection and pulling the sandwich apart results in the long stringy gooey cheese introduction you only really see in commercials. Extraordinary.

The veggies really stand out. Fresh. Bright. Crunchy. Delicious. Highly recommend getting it all the way.

Finally, bringing it all together is the Aggie's sauce. A mayo/vinegar combination that really pops and adds a stellar zing to an already delicious sandwich. I will absolutely...

We were on a spur of the moment trip from out of town and came in on a Saturday about 2:30 after fishing all morning. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. We had a conversation about fishing and where we were from and what brought us to the area. There is nothing I love more than friendly faces. At this point you could have fed me the worst food and I would have left a happy customer but on top of the welcoming atmosphere, we had the Saturday special (steak sub combo) that was the best steak sub I have ever had.
