The three of us came in, sat next to your three door broken freezer. We were figuring out what blizzards four people wanted, what sandwiches two people wanted and where we were going to go next to purchase the vanilla ice cream cake because your freezer is broken. When your associate inquired if we had place our order yet, we informed her of the vanilla ice cream cake that we desired and she reassured us You Have Them in the back. When we cut in to it at home, it has a layer of chocolate crunch and fudge in it. That is not vanilla. Thanks. Upon ordering the four banana split blizzards minus pineapple add cherry, another male associate declared that Dairy Queen has never had cherry's. So the fourth person who wanted the banana split blizzard, changed their mind. I purchased the cake and three blizzards and waited for my friend to inform me of their blizzard. Unbeknownst to me, I bought two candles that I was not supposed to buy. They were with the second guy standing there with me who then placed his order for sandwiches and the candles. Only for her to say, I Had Already Bought The Candles. Then the third guy with me then placed his sandwiche order and we all waited back at the end of the line to place the order for the fourth blizzard. Upon returning home none of the blizzards were marked and the brownie blizzard was given to the wrong person. Why can you not list your blizzards on your app, website or the display for your drive-through? They are listed...
Read moreTerrible experience, the girl charged my card for the car behind me and asked me to pulled up while waiting on the tenders I got, once she comes back outside with the tenders she’s not giving me them and telling me one of us has to come back into the restaurant with her to pay the difference, I told her nobody planned to get out the car and it’s not fair that their mistake is inconveniencing us now and I don’t want her taking my phone into the building with her (because I used Apple Pay) she tells me I need to give her another form of payment or I won’t be getting the tenders so I scrounge around my car for cash just so my little brother can have his tenders to eat. I feel a manager should’ve been involved in this and not having a little girl dealing with this because she was extremely rude and dealt with it terribly. I really try to be nice and considerate at fast food places because I work at a restaurant as a manager and deal with rude people all the time, but this was ridiculous and just poor customer service. Another girl came out and told us it would be $1.00 more per order, I asked why we were paying more when she pointed at the sign and still rang it in wrong. We were told (snotty) because its $1.00 more, we said we will just cancel order, went up 2 the counter, she then argued with me that she checked the receipt and its not what we ordered, I again reminded her that Haley pointed to the sign and still rang order in wrong. She then told me she will give me store credit, I said NO, u can credit my card. She said no she can't do that, I said then u can give me cash. She flung the drawer open, returned cash after slamming it down on counter. Really.......do your job properly and you won't...
