If I could give a rating of ZERO stars that would still be too good of a review for this location! I have eaten at Subway restaurants for most of my life from the smallest of towns and all the way to the East coast and back; and NEVER have I received such horrible service. I placed two separate mobile orders, as my parents are diabetics (one is insulin dependent) and they needed to eat as promptly as I could get them something. I had to RETURN for the second order which was ready to go when the first order was received yet it wasn’t given at that time; that would have been decent customer service which is something this location (hwy 71, Alma) knows nothing about. Both footlongs on the first of two orders did NOT receive any cheese, and neither was toasted (with one being a Black Forest ham, EGG, & cheese flatbread adding bacon as well). The second order, the one that required a return trip to even receive, was missing 2/8 cookies and the avocado that had been paid for was not on the footlong on flatbread. I immediately called the store and was told, with apology, to bring the sandwiches back and they would fix the problems and would give the cookies that had not been placed in the bag. A THIRD trip back and guess what? They would only fix and replace two of the three grossly wrong footlongs, and neither of those two could be on flatbread as they had been ordered. Not to mention the fact that the missing cookies NEVER WERE given. Get back to the room thinking that finally everyone could eat dinner and medical issues could be avoided. WRONG! The Black Forest ham, egg & cheese add bacon that originally was flatbread was on Italian, with cheese and toasted this time, was ROCK HARD and NO Black Forest ham whatsoever….it’s literally in the NAME OF THE SANDWICH! The tuna, also originally ordered on flatbread, was on rock hard (untoasted) Italian and the avocado finally made an appearance, if that’s what you can call the 1/2 teaspoon that had made a valiant attempt to cover the entire footlong. Realizing that there was absolutely no chance of $50 worth of sandwiches being made correctly and apparently not even a chance of receiving all of the products purchased, I attempted to contact the store again to let them know that once again sandwiches were wrong and products were still not received but no one would answer the phone. (5pm-6pm timeframe so not a “two minutes until close” type of situation either). We powered through best we could as medical conditions and medications wouldn’t allow us to safely keep trying in vain to receive ALL of the products ordered, much less made correctly (everything is printed out clearly in black and white so the number of errors MULTIPLE times is just mind boggling). Will not return to this location and will adamantly advise anyone that desires Subway for any meal to AVOID this location. Take the extra five minutes and enjoy the hwy 282 location inside of Love’s, I’ve not eaten there yet but anything has to be better than Alma’s hwy 71 location. Read moreI have been going to this Subway exclusively ever since being made THE best sandwiches along with receiving the most professional service bar none. Kate made sure the quality and quantity of the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. She was also careful to put our sandwiches together so they wouldn’t fall apart and that they were wrapped neatly and tightly. We could go anywhere for a sandwich but we know who knows what we like. Follow up: after months of being delivered our sandwiches as expected, we were were surprised to see our favorite sandwich maker gone for weeks on end. We could not wait until Kate got back. What we got was a shadow of its former self….brown iceberg lettuce, mushy, wet tomatoes and never offered extra cheese or veggies (veggie sandwich). They put so much dressing on the thing it was soggy. The wrapper was loose and didn’t cover the entire sandwich. No it wasn’t busy and no i don’t want to try something different and no i don’t want twice the sandwich for a discount. It looks like it’s time for me to make my own....
Read moreOK I hadn't issued not with Subway itself I had an issue with the doordash app which that has been complained about and resolved but anyways my refuse my review is more towards the customer service I received from an individual at the actual store Sarah she is a great customer service representative she is polite she is knowledgeable and she does what she needs to be done to help the customer resolve his issue no matter what it might be I had a very very weird request And she didn't bad an eye she didn't complain she didn't Huff and puff she just acknowledged what I wanted repeat it back to me to make sure it was what I wanted and get it done I want to send ten stars to Sarah at subway in alma on 71 hwy but at least it only lasts me give five stars if I was for sure she get Acknowledge for this I'll create 10 more accounts just to sing her prays my kids r wired and she made them happy thank u so much Sarah I hope someone somewhere sees this and gives u a raise like an...
