Save yourself the frustration and do NOT go to this Taco Bell! I live near this Taco Bell and sadly my son loves their food. He sweet talked me into Taco Bell so I whip out my app to order food but get to the end and it will not let me check out. Cool! I drive down, go in to place my order and am told what I want to order is an in app purchase only. I say ok, well ring it up however you need to on your side to make it and make it. The manager tells me that the only way they can run it up on their side it's going to cost me double what it would cost in the app. So now I'm at the store, the family is at home, and I'm trying to now refigure out what to get everyone. What is the point of the app if it doesn't work half the time? What's the point of a manager if they cannot help fix the issues? We don't come here often and after today we won't be back.
7.2.25 - my son convinced me to take him here after the water park this afternoon. Nothing changed. People standing around doing nothing, the people making food we're moving at the speed of a snail. Took 23 minutes to get...
Read moreEdit as I had a serious issue here which caused me to no longer eat at this establishment I originally left this updated review on the wrong store An employee of this taco bell purposely tried to hide meat in my burrito because I am vegan. I've been going to this taco bell since I moved here about a year ago and the food has slowly went downhill but I continued to get food here because it's one of very few places I can get something to eat in a nearby city. I ordered three bean and rice burritos which don't even come with meat, two were normal but I bit into one which had meat so I opened it up and it was wrapped inside of the rice and beans in a little strip which we took it back in and had them replace it but it was quite obvious someone did this on purpose. I contacted corporate and never got a response. I am vegan for spiritual reasons and this was highly offensive and if I could prove it was done on purpose taco bell would be talking to my lawyer. I will never trust this taco bell again and they lost a...
Read moreWe all arrived at Taco Bell in Alma at 9:10. The doors were all locked. Folks we're parked on both sides of the building trying to get in. According to the sign in the door they are open at 9:00. Someone did answer the phone explaining they were just about to open. However, once inside no one would come up front to wait on any of us. They said they were "busy". Alma Taco Bell is the worst I have ever dealt with. The help is rude and hateful. They don't deserve to have a job. They don't "do it"....Everyone who had come in....left. They didn't even care. Come on Taco Bell....You can do better for folks than that! Some of us won't put up with high tech lack of service. There is no menu board....the sign says..."Next time order on-line."...
