Jin Cuisine — Restaurant in Alpharetta

When I walked in I could feel the lady looking at me up and down from the side of my purifier as I walked to get a coke out the refrigerator. I walked over to the counter and said hello and opened the menu to see what I wanted. I asked if they still had orange chicken left. She said yes. I said may I have that with vegetable rice and a side of another vegetable. She said no, it don't come with vegetable fried rice, that's a $4 upcharge and we don't have sides. It comes with fried rice or egg rice only. I said ok I'll have it with egg rice. She ringed me up and said that will be $21. I said how much is the soda because the meal was $12.95 in her menu. She got nasty and said, this menu no good, you see the sign right here. Pointing at the counter. Everything goes up because of tariff tax, the food price goes up everything is high. I looked at her and said, from $12.95 to $21 I'm not paying $21 for a plate of food and walked out.

It was raining so hard outside I was so upset because this place was close to home and it was a little late. I just wanted to get some vegetables, I didn't want fast food, go home and rest... I drove all the way to another restaurant on Windward Parkway just to get some vegetable that I really was craving. I ordered and was able to get everything I wanted plus ➕ a drink for $15. Although is was raining out so bad, I drove back over there to tell her I just came from a different restaurant and got everything I wanted plus a drink for only $15 and the customer service was very nice, they know how to treat their customers. You won't make good money with your nasty attitude and walked out. The service was bad and she was judging me as soon as I walked in her restaurant. I will never go back to Jin Cuisine on Crappie Rd unit 200 Alpharetta, GA...

UPDATE! - gave them another shot and have had three really good meals in a row - they seem to have addressed their quality issues noted below: What happened? - last two orders have been thrown away - inedible garbage. I DO NOT LEAVE BAD REVIEWS UNLESS TRULY WARRANTED - can forgive a one off mistake or lack of focus or whatever - maybe one more chance is warranted as we have enjoyed years of great food - but wow - get your act together or close the door!! Just tossed $36 into the bin and settled for microwave chicken tenders - what a disappointment - our last two orders have been chewy, nasty, smelly, and really disgusting…please improve or...

Not up to any standards, i got almuond chicken with absolutely no almonds, it was mushy and gross. my boyfriend got pad thai and the food didn't even taste real! no where on the menu did it say his came with shrimp in it, being allergic to shrimp he couldn't even eat it. they thankfully took his meal off the bill but charged us for water, they said they only had bottled water and still charged us for it! the meal came to $15 for a small portion of almund chicken with no almonds and a small side of rice. not worth it at all. not to mention service wasn't up to par either. go somewhere else if you're looking for good thai or...
