Awful experience! It was my worst experience in my life ever. There was a Moana event in there, I called and told them it is my birthday party, can I invite 7 driends with her? They said yes, yes, of course. They even sent me an email with the number of my guests! I even asked them to bring a birthday cake? They said no, and I didn't bring!

In the event, also those who were doing makeup and hair were novice and didn't do a good job.

On top of all of this, the they after the manager, ZACK, called me and told me one of the other clients were upset and said it was like I was intruding up someone's birthday party! I said I am sorry, but It is not my fault!" If It was not ok with yo. You had to tell me No, you can not bring other kids! This so-called manager was awfully awfully rude! He told me I had paid $300 out of my own pocket!!!! My staff are high-school students, that's why they were not professional. It is none of the clients' concern if you decide to pay how much out of your pocket, Sir!!! If you are not OK with something, next time the clients call and ask, tell them no instead of yes and then call them and talk to them so empolitely! OMG! I am totally speechless! I don't recommend this location to anyone at all!

I found this place on tik tok and it was real cute and decided to take my daughter and a couple of her friends for a spa day(total of 6 girls) for her 10th birthday. We drove an hour to get here. As arriving we was not greeted properly besides the receptionist asking did we have an appointment which we did. Upon the girls getting setup for there mani and pedis. They choose the colors they wanted but was not informed of what colors would be best for there base coat. The process was rushed to where they had to go over multiple of times on there toes with the polish because it was not showing up. They did not get the full experience with the messaging of there feet or clipping of the nails. It’s like there feet was in the water for like 5mins and then polish being applied. I do commend Ms.Shonda for taking her time on two of the girls pedis but the other 4 girls pedis was rushed by another employee. They didn’t have a good variety of polish to choose from either and the polish seemed old due to there nail polish chipping before leaving. They didn’t have a nail dryer to dry the nails all the used was spray to dry there nails. I expected this experience to be a bit more pleasant and fun for the girls. I paid too much money for this experience for the girls nails to turn out looking like a pre schooler painted there nails. Sorry but I would not pay my money to come back. I spoke with the manager prior to leaving for him to only give me a credit of $20 after spending over $200. So...

I recently took my daughter to Sweet and Sassy for a day of pampering and fun, and I have to say, we were blown away by how amazing this salon is! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

My daughter loved having her hair braided by the talented stylists at Sweet and Sassy. They were patient, gentle, and really took their time to make sure that her braids looked perfect. She was so proud of her new hairstyle and couldn't stop admiring herself in the mirror!

My daughter (seven) also loved getting her nails done!

But the real highlight of our visit was the birthday party we attended at Sweet and Sassy. It was so much fun! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that all the kids had a great time dancing, playing games, and dressing up in fun costumes. My daughter had a blast, and we both left feeling happy and energized.
