Waffle House — Restaurant in Roswell

I came in with my son this morning October 26th, 2025 at around 10 am before his baseball tournament. We walked in and weren’t greeted. I’ve always been greeted when walking in to a Waffle House. All the tables are full so my son and I have a seat to wait for a table to free up. A table finally frees up and one of the ladies starts to clean off the table. She walks away before finishing and goes to the back for a second and then comes back out to tend to other tables. She then proceeds to finish cleaning off the table but never addresses my son and I that the table is ready. At this point a couple walks in and asks us if we’re waiting on the table. I say yes and they have a seat at the high top counter seats. She immediately starts to take their order. At this point my 8 year old sons realizes this craziness and asks for us to leave. I say let’s give them a couple more minutes. I stand up and make eye contact with her and I point to the table. She nods her head yes. We have a seat and wait. Nobody comes to take our order. BTW I hate to take it to this but the only difference between everyone else in that restaurant (except for 1 server) and my son and I was skin color. I’m disgusted at this Waffle House location and will never be...

Just Dined at this location for first time on a Late Friday evening (10pm) with my husband and little one! We Drove from Alpharetta. New to this side of town from Kennesaw. First time dining in a Waffle House since Everything opened back up! I did not know they cut down the Waffle House menu :( … so, I couldn’t order my Favorite WH T-Bone and eggs and settled on a Patty melt hashbrown! Let’s just say, I did not think anymore about that TBone and enjoyed EVERY bite of my meal! Great Cooks!!!!!! The waitress could not get to us right away because she had 5 other guest before us and one of the cooks (I usually get names but it was late and busy…a young Light-skinned male with dreads) was kind enough to make an effort to get us started with our drinks.. another tall slim brown-skinned clean cut male ( look like a manager) checked out our ticket and was very pleasant! Been to this one (Crabapple ga) twice in a 2 week period. 1st time was at 3pm and there was only an older guy to wait on us...he was awesome at cracking jokes and had us in stiches. Food came right out and was very hot and good. Thought our second time would be as good as the 1st...W.R.O.N.G! Walked in and there were dead bugs everywhere at the first door. Get into the place and 1st thing is a dead roach. Had to wait for a booth (all 3 by the bathroom side were loaded with dirty dishes.) 3 waitresses and non seemed excited to clean them. Food was finally ordered and came rather fast. Was grossed out that the whole time we ate we had to see several pieces of raw bacon on the floor right by us. During our 40 minutes of eating no one made any attempt to clean/pic it up. Floor behind the booths was just unacceptable with food...
