Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alton

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I love any company that can be accountable and this isn't one of them. I have been a fan of Little Caesars for years, ever since I was little l, so one night I decided to get delivery for my girls. Never again. First of all I didn't know they used Door Dash for delivery. I ordered 40 dollars worth of pizza after taxes and fees(the original cost was 27.95. Yet when my pizza was scheduled to arrive I received a text that my order was cancelled from Door Dash. They(Little Caesars) had already charged my card in the app so I called the restaurant and they told me someone had picked up my order and that was nothing they could do. So then it gets even better because you stay on hold with Door Dash for hours just for them to tell you to call Little Caesars customer service hotline. After 45 minutes I get a rude agent who says she refunded my money and gave me what was supposed to be a confirmation number. She didn't ask what happened or even say the amount I had to ask. Just my name. Needless to say, I never got my refund. I was a patron for over twenty years, I will not ever eat from a Little Caesars again. If I could rate a 0 I would!! The worst costumer experience I've ever had!!! Ok I went at 9:30 pm to get a pepperoni pizza, they have their closing hour at 10, so I go to the drive thru window to order and this young rude lady tells me "we close at 10" (it was 9:30, so I don't see any problem) and before even letting me ask what do they had ready or something, she shutted the window at my face and walked away!!!!! So I pulled over and this girl go running to the main entrance to lock the door at my face!!😡😡😡 (I would had order whichever pizza they had ready.) The employees saw what happened and all started laughing!!!! It's unbelievable!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡 employees have jobs bc of the restaurant sales, I don't see the point of having a fast food restaurant if you're gonna treat your costumers like that.!!!! That's not the way to treat a costumer... THATS NOS EVEN A WAY TO TREAT...

Last time I went here I was not impressed by the service. The staff was mostly in the back and didn't pay attention to me as I waited for sometime to assist me up front. When I went to pick up my order, they acted like they didn't know where it was. It's was mostly younger kids working and they seemed to be joking around in the back more than actually doing their jobs. One guy walked up front and saw me and said, "Someone will be with you shortly. I'm on break." What the hell? I don't care if you're on break. Don't walk up front, then, or just say someone will be with me shortly and apologize...
