I got a coupon for this place in the mail. I tried to order the 25pc party wing for 21 and the nacho for 7. The girl over the phone had an attitude and said they only do 20 or 30. After explaining to her that’s not what was advertised. She finally accepted what I was saying and my order was placed! When I got there they tried to charge me 37$ I told her the math was not MATHIN AT ALL. It should have been closer to 31… the girl working the front then tried to argue with me. Each time I go in to pick up, the people in the back are incredibly rude. I greet them and they go back to whatever they were doing. I have been in the middle of speaking to them and they have turned around to help a person that just walked in. I have been YELLED at by a grown man and woman because Doordash has been on them for the extreme waits for Dashers. Its incredibly consistent. I assume, after having been treated like a hassle by picking up a bag in the store, that all of the workers strongly dislike Doordash. The only good thing I can say is, with all the grease fires they have, they must be pretty good firefighters. The place was empty and it was lunch time. I was in a rush an figured I would give it a chance. A dicision I regret. It took 25 minutes to make my order. They new I was in a rush and the cook took his sweet time bagging my lunch. Customer service is poor. I tried to be nice and talk to them. They wanted nothing to do with me. I made it clear I didn't want papers on my Philly but he kept asking if I didn't want onions. I had to tell him 3 times I wanted everything except peppers.
