Inaccessible = unacceptable. Let's start with the fact that they almost unalived me with an undeclared food allergen and the acting manager hung up rather than deal with accountability or even tell us or the doctors what exactly I ingested by eating a bite of their food. An ER trip shouldn't be necessary because a company screwed up, doesn't label items in their freezer, and then attempted to avoid all accountability.
If that wasn't bad enough, disabled persons are not allowed to order off the entire menu. That's right, disabled persons are relegated to a smaller menu including kids items because they aren't hearing, or aren't ambulatory.
If you want to order off of the entire menu, you need to be both ambulatory and hearing. That, frankly, is ridiculous. Because they have no accommodations allowing entry or online ordering of the full menu, if you're a wheelchair user, you need to wheel from another street that has an accessible business on it, wheel a few blocks, and then hope and pray the biergarten is open as that's the only accessible entrance. Then, once you traverse through the minefield of misplaced chairs and seated patrons in what was supposed to be accessible walkways to get to the ramp to get in the actual building, you have to find someone that can take an order while actively ignoring you because you aren't hearing, the bar is inaccessible, and is too tall for them to see you since it's raised and you're at butt-level with other guests seated on unmovable seats around the entire bar section with employees. I'm sorry, it shouldn't be this inaccessible to get a simple dinner with one prefixed side.
This restaurant used to be really good, had hardworking employees, it was dependable, and wasn't this inaccessible, but that's all changed quite a lot. For instance, disabled persons used to be able to order off of the full menu offered to the rest of the general public, not some smaller menu with notably fewer adult meals...

As we walked in the dining room was only about half full, but every server we passed told us the food would be an hour to an hour and a 1/2 wait. We'd driven a long way and had a long day exploring the surrounding area, so we sat down to relax. We ordered an appetizer which was delivered within a 1/2 an hour. And we also ordered 3 burgers. They took about an additional hour. I realize it's outdoor seating, but the amount of flies in the area was ridiculous. I have fly bites on my legs. I actually went out to my car to spray off on my legs. That many flies buzzing around tells me the restaurant can't be very clean. The bar area smelled like their drains hadn't been cleaned in a year. We had to fight off the flies, to keep them off our food. When it came time to pay our bill, the server wasn't sure how to process "Our be our guest" certificate. She got somebody else to come over to the table, who proceeded to grab my phone and zoom in on the fine print, showing me that it had to be printed out. He did this with a snide look on his face like he was taking pleasure in telling me I had to print them out. I've used these certificate numerous times in other restaurants and never had to print them out. They have a QR code on them. I left the restaurant to see if I could find someplace where I could print them as I was an hour away from home. I had no luck getting them printed I came back to the restaurant and asked this person if there was any way I could email the certificates to him. Everything was good until 2 days later i checked my bank account and found that they overdrew my account by $40 because they charged me twice. When I called my bank that told me that macs charged me twice. When i called the first time, i was told the only person who could help me wouldnt be in until 3 and that she would call me back. I told them I would be available to talk again around 6:30 and the girl told me the manager Amy would call me back. After waiting 10 minutes i called the store. The guy who answered tried telling me it was just pending but i had to explain to him I had already been charged once and was being charged again. He has me wait for amy to take the phone and when she does she asks what's wrong. I tried to explain that I am being charged twice for my visit but everytime I would speak she would speak over me. After about 10 minute of trying to explain the situation she tells me that she is too busy to deal with me right now and that i would have to wait until Monday for her to call me back because they were too busy for her to help me.I told her that if I am going to be charged $70 ,with my bank fee, I would be getting ahold of them. When I told her that she giggled and said thats alright you can get ahold of us but you would be charged. I had a nice time there which is why i gave them 2 stars instead of just 1, but the treatment from the manager when i called them to tell them they charged me twice makes me not want to go back.
