Their food is great. The staff is nice. But I can’t justify continuing to go here when their online ordering service never works, they won’t take phone orders when their online service doesn’t work, there’s sandwiches you can only purchase by going IN the store and then you have to wait for them to be done (cause, you know, the online ordering service doesn’t work) and you can’t just order them on the phone and pick them up in the drive-through. So if you’re running low on time, you can’t get any food there. And if you have a problem with the rewards or are trying to get something figured out, the staff just kind of shrugs their shoulders and says “okay”, awkwardly smiles and lets you go on your way instead of trying to figure out why it isn’t working. I’m tired of trying to jump through hoops to get food. I’d rather go all the way across town to Starbucks for coffee that isn’t so great, but at least I know I’m going to get my food. Fix these issues, and I’ll come back. But for now it’s just too much hassle.

EDIT: I can’t seem to reply to you, Greenbean. I just called the store before posting this review and was told the manager said there was nothing that could be done and you don’t accept phone orders. “It’s a third party app and unfortunately we can’t do anything about it” was the response as well as “This happens a lot”. You might get a lot of orders online, but straight from an employee’s mouth, apparently this happens a lot. And we have called multiple times in the past about this issue. We were issued an exception one time for an over the phone order. But not today.
