B-Bop's — Restaurant in Altoona

Usually okay-ish during the day but if you go here any time in the evening it is so hit or miss. Twice now I’ve gone in the evening and the first time I ordered a single with no cheese.. got home and it was literally a bun and pattie.. no toppings whatsoever. Even though I was charged full price for a single with all of the toppings. Months after this incident I decided to try again and that time I ordered a double- again with no cheese. I didn’t check my sandwich before heading home and was sorely disappointed. They again just gave me the patties and a bun. I paid $5.78 just for the sandwich😵‍💫. I am at a loss as to how they could mess their main sandwich up so badly.. and further more, how the workers could really think that someone would just want the patties and bun with no sauce or toppings. Not only was the order wrong but there were only two cars in front of me with very small orders and I was in line for easily over 20 mins after ordering. Such a waste of time and money honestly. just a heads up i stopped at the B-bop's in altoona after work today (june 17th 2016 at 3:50 pm) got our food sat down at the table and the food was great but as we were getting up to leave i noticed the worker who took our order sweeping the floor and to my horror watched him use the SAME broom he was using on the floor WIPE OFF a dirty table with it!! he did not use a cleaning towel or a sanitizer rag on the table. he just walked away then i watched a couple sit down at the table to eat!! couple of things i hope that they did not let any food touch that table. second i hope they don't clean where they prepare the food in the same way cause i bet you they use the same broom to sweep the bathroom floors!!! This location constantly messes up orders, which is concerning as I order straight off the menu, no additions nor subtractions. Half the time, they added cheese when no cheese is asked for nor wanted. On more than one occasion, I was given a 1/4 pound when I paid for a double. Multiple times, I had to remind the person at the window to hand me the drink I'd paid for. When I've brought up the issue upon being handed my food, it is fixed, but I'm met with grumbling and half the fries go missing.

All that said, the food is made correctly. I take no issues with the food itself. The issue seems to be the people taking the drive-thru orders putting in the wrong order or not paying attention to which bag of food they hand over. I haven't ever had this issue at...
