I ordered through Doordash and it never went to the kitchen at 9:45pm at night. I figured they closed their kitchen early and the next day I went in to inquire about when their kitchen closes. I get told 11pm. So I ask, what happened with my order last night then? This girl, under the age of 18, said she was manager and was tasked with handling my complaint/question. Instead of apologizing, this little girl got defensive, got her other manager, a 19 year old (Tania or Tanya or however the hell she may spell it) to come out when I wasn't going to take her snarky behavior. This girl didn't apologize either.

Word of advice, when a customer comes in to complain. "I'm sorry that happened. We don't get the orders from Doordash, the driver does and comes in to order it." Would have worked just fine. Note the SYMPATHY that was expressed to the person who was wronged here. "We aren't affiliated with Doordash." repeated over and over doesn't work, when in fact, you are affiliated with Doordash or you wouldn't be on their site listed as a place to get food from.

Maybe you don't get the orders directly, that does not mean you aren't "affiliated". There was a document somewhere along the way that was signed...meaning contractual obligation, meaning..guess what! Affiliated! in order for you to even appear on the Doordash site. They don't just put up random restaurants for Drivers to go to, they are not going to have ANY place on their site that hasn't paid something to be put on their site.

Then, the elderly gentleman named Steve came up, talking to me in a calm voice and explaining things. I explained to him, at this point it's not about the order not being made, it's about the customer service I am receiving currently. He was a very customer service oriented man. Of course he is, he's not a teenager.

Not a teenager, who just last year, was able to run a deli slicer for a year! Went from being given the responsibility to touch something sharp to a manager! WOW.

Tania/Tanya kept telling Steve to come back and stop talking to me, getting very angry at the ONE person, calming an upset customer down. Because of their "high school" behavior, standing in the corner gossiping together, because GOD FORBID they say they are sorry something happened to a customer. You know, not everyone is rich, some of us aren't...and when we order food from a restaurant like yours, that means we are trying to treat ourselves to something different. Steve understood that this tied up my money and kept me from getting other food. Which I was going to deal with, I went in to find out about the time they closed and got treated poorly when I asked why my order was never made. I asked him to go back, that I didn't want to cost the only person with customer service skills their job, for doing their job.

Kids should not be running restaurants period.

I will never go to another one of your restaurants again. Honestly, only reason I ordered from you was because I didn't feel like anything that was available on Doordash at that time and resorted to ordering your tasteless chicken. I already told corporate to not bother trying to send me coupons to appease me, as I will never set foot or create any order associated with your restaurant. Now, I am calling the franchisee to let them know you let little kids basically, run...

We ordered around 6 PM and the drive thru was only a couple cars long and we ordered and received our food within a few minutes. We ordered two kids meals, a 3 strip combo, and a 4 strip combo and subbed out the slaw for extra fries on the 4 pc combo. They forgot to include the slaw on the 3 pc so I had to go back inside and ask for it. The kitchen staff was very busy as the drive thru mine had gotten a lot longer. The register however had no one there to help the girls in line in front of me for a minute. However once the cashier arrived she was very friendly and placed the orders very quickly and then I told her about my issue and she had a slaw out for me in less than 30 seconds. I stopped in to use the bathroom and it was clean. It also has a baby changing table which is a major plus for me since I find myself needing to change my babies diaper when I am out usually. The food was fantastic and hot. Perfectly juicy chicken and a nice crisp outside. The fries are just mediocre but the canes sauce was delicious. They have pebble ice for your...

I didn’t want to have to leave a google review, but I am so dissatisfied with this location that I feel the need to let others know because it’s ridiculous. I came through about a month or two ago and ordered two Caniac combos and only got 4 pieces of chicken in each, then a couple weeks later I came again and ordered two box combos and got home to realize that one box combo was only fries and Texas toast, no chicken! I would expect a place that is based around chicken to give me at least that part of the order. I reached out to them through email and explained what happened and I was very understanding since it was a busy time that I had came. I was told I would be receiving something in return from Canes to compensate for the missing order and issues. I haven’t received anything and at this point it seems like they don’t care because there’s other reviews that say similar. If you’re going to run a restaurant at least run it right and make sure customers are getting what they’re paying for. I will not be returning to...

First discovered Raising Canes on a food truck at a wedding. Love at first bite might be a little over the top, but it was seriously good! The brick and mortar Canes in Altoona is a great place to go for a quick meal. And if you arent familiar with Raising Canes, know this: it's chicken fingers in different combo meals. No burgers. No fish sandwiches. Just chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast and drinks. And apparently it doesnt matter to anyone since there is a steady stream of guests looking to get their finger fix. Service-- if not speedy-- is pleasant, courteous and friendly.

I go to this cane’s all the time and rarely have problems but the last 2 months… horrible experiences one on top of another… an employee yelled the N word as I left the window one night, and the chicken taste burnt.. Now many more problems but today I go and they give me off brand fries that are soggy and cold and the chicken is dry and also cold, this is the worst canes and the worst management I’ve ever seen, they need help. Asap!
