Pump 310 Lounge — Restaurant in Altus

I love this place. You can say bar, but I feel like it's far from a typical bar. It's not a bar to me. Warm and inviting. A lot classier than any bars I've been to. Just gives it a nice charm. The staff is amazing. I enjoy hanging out at the main bar and talking to them. Makes for a good evening. I have decided that Pump 310 will be my go to. I drink a lot of Blue Moon and there selection is fairly cheap. I usually pay over $5 for a Blue Moon at other places and I believe I pay under $4 there. So, definitely a plus! I want to say Alex is the main one who runs Pump 310 and she's very attentive and concentrates on her customers. Makes them feel welcome and keeps things flowing. Dani is another that is great at her job and does the same. There's another girl, but I'm not sure her name, I think she's new and learning. I like her too. All around a great establishment to enjoy a couple of drinks or more and just sit back and hang out. I recommend...

First off my only problem resides in the biotch working tonight 3/30/24. I don’t know her name but it isn’t the short girl with the dark hair, she’s lit. It’s the other uncool fugly girl idk if I can even call her a girl with how ugly she is. 😭 I used to come here every Saturday since the new year to drink a redbull because alcohol is gross and sing karaoke provided by the awesome Dj. That biotch ruined it for me with her snobby attitude, she needs to get herself in check before I do it for her. Management needs to replace her, she doesn’t know what she’s doing and she especially shouldn’t be talking to loyal customers like that. I wouldn’t be surprised if y’all lose more business because of her. I also think they should offer food cause that lazy girl seemed like she needs more work...

edit After giving this place a few more chances, they seem to have their act more together. While the service can be rather slow at time when it gets busy, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is excellent. Keep up the good vibes! edit

The past two times trying to go to this place after a long day to have a drink, it’s shut down well before their posted times. Over two hours early once and an hour early the next. They push paying customers away during their posted hours of operation. I want to support this local establishment, but my time not being wasted is too...
