WOW! Where do I start? I'm visiting my mom, who's dying from cancer, in Rosharon, which is 10 miles away. I was able to escape for a little while so I decided to stop at this location for a couple drinks. I have high praise for the Philippino girl that works there. The first couple times I went there a couple weeks ago she was absolutely fabulous! This evening I sit down at the bar next to the well and it's kinda busy but not overly. The latino girl behind the bar was making drinks for the well and kept making new tickets instead of maintaining guests or greeting new guests at the bar. A muscular male bartender was also behind there but I wasn't greeted by him either. A group of four across the bar got up and left. At this point it's been a few minutes and I still haven't been greeted or acknowledged. Even the manager came to the well a couple times and noticed me. Doesn't Brinker have a 30 second greet window when a guest sits down? I should know since I opened one up in Gonzalez, LA quite some years ago. I also have 23 years experience in the restaurant industry. The male bartender came back behind the bar and started to clean up the area of the group of 4 that left. At this point it had been well over 5 minutes and I had yet to be greeted, acknowledged or even made eye contact. I proceeded to get up, push my chair back in, the manager was looking at me at this point and then I walked out. l even pushed the door rather hard out of frustration and I'm surprised the manager didn't do anything. I'm not high maintenance but it wasn't so busy that I deserved to be ignored. So screw the two idiots bartending tonight, screw the incompetent manager on duty and screw Brinker, Int'l for letting people like this run their business!!!!!! Grade: F -

Read moreI keep trying this location thinking with time it might get better. Sadly this is not the case. The only positive thing I can say about this visit was the young man greeting at the door. Didn’t get his name but he was nice. We sat in the bar area to be served and sat there and sat there etc... we were there for 10 min and not one server, manager or bartender asked if we were even there. In fact the manager was standing close to us and never asked if we’ve been served. People at the bar were yelling they needed drinks. After waiting another 8 min without anyone coming by or even taking our drink orders we got up and left. The young man at the door asked why we were leaving. So I explained to him we haven’t even put in our drink orders and almost 20 minutes is too long to wait to even order our drinks. He said he could go find a server and we politely said no we’re leaving. The manager was standing right next to him and never said a word as we were leaving. So we came down the street to Mr. Sombrero. We were sat down and our waitress was at our table In 30sec. Pass this location of chili’s and go...
Read moreSo little Chili's Grill & Bar review for everyone. First I hope this is not the norm for this restaurant. We all sat down received our tea, cokes and appetizer. Ordered our food and when the food finally came out it came with some off the menu extras. Cockroaches... Yes cockroaches not the big tree roach kind the little Danny Devito sized ones you see around feed and such. Our server delivered my plate and one of those little suckers took off across the table, then another. The manager came over and witnessed them also. I remained fairly calm even though I had be enjoying food prepared with the little guys doing their best ratatouille impersonations in the kitchen. He calmly asked if we would like to have our meals redone. I decided to skip on the 174 different types of bacteria they carry. Needless to say we left. The manager dos not seem to carry much passion nor did he seem upset and that is bothersome in its own right. I hope this is a isolated incident and not a reoccurring one. I understand that the little suckers are hard to get ride of but we have our house sprayed regularly and don't have...
