So I had a horrible experience the night before at this location and to make matters worse, we had two transactions and did not get a receipt for either one. When we got home and realized both orders were completely incorrect, we called to the location multiple times in the same night, and there was no answer until today in the afternoon and that’s when an employee told us to call before we came today and they would take care of everything no problem, so we called this evening before we were coming up here so they would know, and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and nobody answered. We came back the tonight and there’s no manager on duty even though we spoke to a manager earlier in the day and they told us to come back and they would take care of it. An employee named Macy completely took care of everything and handled her customers as they should be…we were not given receipts for either transaction and no manager on duty to handle this situation, but she completely made sure to satisfy her customer, even though it wasn’t her customer from the night before that was highly unsatisfied…. this is how customer service works. Every employee, manager and crew-member needs to take note from this lady right here at this location. Read moreIts frustrating to see people try to complain and nothing being done. The late shift is horrible and the woman there is rude!!! Placed mobile order yesterday at around 7:10 pm when I arrived I noticed there was no one there and the employees were sitting on the tables just chit chatting which is fine it just stood out. I go through the drive through and let them know I had an order to which they just tell me to pull up to the window. They proceed to tell me after waiting that they made the last oreo shake even though mine wasn't even oreo (and the fact there were no customers) and that I can either wait an hour or they didn't know what else to tell me. I then said ok well what am I supposed to do? They said they could give me an ice coffee or something. I said no my 7 year old doesn't want an ice coffee I would just like my money back and then I was told that couldn't be done. Of course now im extremely upset so I just told them to figure it out because what sense does it make to pay for something im not getting. I let them know they needed to either give me my money back or my stuff because I wasn't moving and I put my car in park. The employees got upset and slammed the drive through window which I could care less. They finally gave me cash back and my food which was cold and very unappetizing. Horrible experience. Read moreTonight I went to Jack-in-the-Box drive thru 08/02/2025 around 10:30 pm and ordered a shake and 3 egg rolls, The guy that took my order, didn’t have a name tag on, but he was a white guy with dark longer hair and a mustache wearing a black shirt. He was very rude, Basically took our method of payment and Immediately told us to pull up and slammed his window closed. He didn’t give us a chance to ask for some ranch. We waited at the window for a few minutes, but he didn’t come back so we just went ahead and pulled up. When he brought out our food, we asked if we could get ranch and he said “I gave you sweet and sour” we politely asked “ Is there anyway we can get some ranch also?” The guy rolled his eyes and stormed back inside, Came back outside and gave it to us and was like “ You need to start telling me this at the window” I tried to explain to him that he closed the window too soon and didn’t come back, but he rudely just walked off and waved his hand at us to leave!!
