My experience didn't go to well..... As I pulled up to the menu, half of the items were covered with a piece of construction paper that read," pull to the front to place order" So when I asked if I could see a menu the guy looked at the menu inside (that I couldn't see) and looked back at me and said nothing....I then asked if there was a pizza/drink combination and he said no only the wings...I then told him I would just like 1- 5meat pizza for 9 bucks...I paid....he told me to pull up so I did.....and as I was waiting I saw a pizza and drink combination for 6 bucks....I was inclined to go back in and correct my order with just that....as I asked for the manager he came out and asked me for my receipt....I then realized the guy who cashed me out never gave me a receipt....I then told him what it was I ordered....took another 5 min....for him to come out and say," MY pizza will be done I 5 min so he isnt going to refund me"....The people at Lil Caesars basically robbed me of my 9 dollars in my opinion...I got the feeling the manager was waiting for the pizza to almost be done before he helped me...shame on you....all for him to tell me have a nice day as I walked off...
Read moreI asked for a cheese pizza. The pizza that they tried to give me was burnt. I pleasantly asked if I could wait for another cheese pizza. The nice cashier said ok, and told a lady in the back could she make another cheese pizza. She was in the back with attitude going off on the cashier. I am hearing everything she said. She told him that if I'm going to pay 5.41 for a pizza, I have to take what is given to me in the box. If I wanted a fresh one, I had to pay extra to get another pizza made. Then she came out to me and I nicely asked for my money back. She caught an attitude. I told her that I asked for a cheese pizza, not a burnt pizza. You can't force me to eat a burnt pizza. I asked for my money again, so that I can leave. She has some nerve. I will never go their again for service. What's crazy is that she has to make other cheese pizza for other customers. It would not have hurt her to make me a cheese pizza. This was a terrible and...
Read moreDecent pizza, poor service. I was greeted at the door by a sign saying to wear a face mask. I don't have a mask. The worker in the store with a mask stretched only across their chin told me to not enter the store without a mask. I used the drive-thru instead and had seen the same worker with a mask on handling the next person to enter. When they greeted me at the drive thru, the mask was off again. Masks aren't even required in our county and this isn't a huge issue except that workers can't follow company policy, and the wings are always bone dry and pizza looks like an 8 year old made it. Please watch sauce, cheese, and portion control, cut pizzas straight, try to not slide half a pizza off on the box putting it in the portal and please don't tell me to do your job when you...
