Terrible place to eat. Shouldn't be called a Italian restaurant because they don't know how to cook real Italian food. The food shouldn't make you have to run to the restroom 20 minutes after you leave the restaurant, tmi I know but I rather people know how bad it is. First time my aunt and I ate this restaurant so we didn't know we had to seat ourselves since we came in the side door. There were two waitresses having a conversation about movement of a servers table. We said excuse me, and one of the girls looked at us but continued to talk about their table re-assignment. I said it more forcefully asking if we could be seated, and she replied that we could sit where ever we wanted. We sat down one of the girls followed us to take our drink order, but waited 10 minutes till we actually got our drinks from a different waitress from the two previously stated. She than asked if we were ready to order which I replied could you please give us 5 more minutes this is the our first time here. After 5 minutes we were ready, and we waited an additional 10 mins. till a different waitress from the previous three came and took our order. After she took our order we asked if she could turn up the heat because it was warmer outside than in to the point that I had to go outside to get my jacket from the car, the heat was never turned up during our stay. The wait for the food was between 30-40, and when we received it we were not impressed. The food was not steaming hot, and seemed to have been sitting for a while before it was brought out. My aunt's dish which was an Italian combination of three different foods was served in a bowl dish. We thought they gave her the wrong order because there was no way to tell what it's was with the sauce and cheese covering the whole dish. My aunt used her knife and fork to dig around the dish to figure out what was what, and on top of that the noodles and pasta of the dish were over cooked. My sausage parm. sandwich was a 4 out of 10, and one of the things I noticed about my meal was that the sausage was difficult to eat/chew. When the waitress gave us our food she informed us that my aunt's garlic bread would be out shortly. We noticed throughout our time there that the only tables that were getting better service than us were either regulars or tables that had more than 4 people. Around us there were tables of 2s and 3s that were getting the same kind of service as we were. We continued to wait for the bread, and the during our meal we needed a refill. It got to the point that I had to flag her down and say can we have a refill to actually get one. We finished our meal, but still had not received the garlic bread. We flagged down the girl that gave us our drinks when we first got there to ask if she could check something for us. She thought we said check as in to pay and she yelled for our waitress to get our check. I said no we have been waiting for garlic bread can you please go check and see if it's ready. Our waitress came with our check and walked away before we could talk to her. The other waitress that yelled for our waitress walked by our table five minutes later, and said that the manager was going to come talk to us. After 10 minutes we got tired of waiting, and went to the front counter where the manager was talking to another employee. We told him it was our first and last time coming here because it was that bad, and started to explain to him our experience. But it got to the point when he started to offer us a discount on something that my aunt got fed up, paid the bill, and we left. So please do not go to this restaurant if you are wanting to try a non chain restaurant. Go to Olive Garden instead, since the wait staff dress and act more professional, and the food actually taste like...
Read moreTl;dr: Very bad food quality, roaches, long wait times even when empty, overpriced for small portions, bad customer service and satisfaction.
We Went here on 06/12/2024 at around 5:30 and had the most appalling dining experience to date. The waiter was nice, but the food was insulting. We ordered a giant pepperoni pizza slice($4.99), the Philly cheese pasta($16.99), and the seafood lasagna($15.99). All these items were over price given their relatively small portion size. To start with the pizza , its crust was tasteless thin and burnt to the point it could crumple into pieces like Burnt toast, but it was held together by canned tomato paste which was completely unseasoned, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices that tasted like pepperoni slices from a Lunchables pizza package.
The seafood lasagna was served in a small skillet style pan. It was very saucy, almost like a soup with lasagna noodles floating inside and ground up seafood. That part was confusing because it tasted like a mess of marinara sauce and not much else.
The Philly cheese pasta was served in the same pan. This time the bottom half of the pan was oil with canned veggies swimming at the bottom, followed by bland penne pasta that wasn’t even salted and the Philly shaved beef which had soaked all the oil making it dreadful to eat as it left your mouth full of the oil. All this was topped with mozzarella cheese which had not been melted the whole way through so there was still shredded cheese in the center.
We had to ask for the sides that were supposed to come with the meal. It’s either a side soup or salad but their salad bar was not set up, so tomato soup was our only option. The tomato soup was surprisingly good which was a welcome contrast to the disaster of a dinner we had till that point. I asked for a to-go container for the soup, but unfortunately when they brought the container, it had little specks of trash in it and a baby roach.
In the end, we sent back all the items, the most we ate was the pizza slice (about half of it), but the rest was a few bites. When paying I ask if they can help me out as the service was very unsatisfactory, which they informed me they couldn’t do anything about the price of the bill as they did spend the resources to make the food, but offered to take the pizza off the bill. The total was $36.70 and she then asked if I had left a tip on the table. The total wait was about 45 min for the food , there were only about 2 tables full...
Read moreMy family and I have eaten here a few times. Usually we order their pizza which is pretty good. Well, my brother and I went to Tommaso's the other night, we ordered 2 sodas, the Philly cheese steak, a double cheeseburger, & fried pickles for an appetizer. We brought a coupon - Buy one entree and 2 drinks get a second entree free.
The appetizer took 35 minutes to get to our table, 5 minutes before our entrees were brought.
My Philly had 3 very small, thin slices of steak per half (12in sub = 6in halves) with onions and peppers to fill the rest of space. Basically, a veggie sub. My brothers cheeseburger had those pre-made frozen burger patties that you buy from the grocery store. He ate about half before he said he couldn't anymore.
Our server was not friendly, and seemed annoyed that we were there. In fact, looking around it seemed as if all three servers were annoyed by their facial expressions. Our server did not return to our table after the food was delivered until we had been finished for a few minutes.
When asked how everything was, I calmly explained how it was not the best experience having been return customers and why. She then replied with she would get the manager and walked away.
The manager walked over, handed us our bill, and asked how everything was. Again, my brother calmly repeated our disappointments as we stood up to go pay. His response, which probably made me the most angry and the decision to leave a review, was "Well you know, (referring to my coupon) you did get one of the entrees for free so.. maybe it will be better next time." shrugged and walked away.
You could easily tell the table next to ours, 4 adults and 4 kids, was highly frustrated and unhappy with their...
