7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Amarillo

I stop at 7Brew atleast 3 to 4 days out of the week and service lately had drastically gone down hill. All I wanted to do was look at the menu since I’ve been getting the same thing for weeks and was met with insane attitude from a young man who I guess got annoyed with me in general and passed me off while rolling his eyes and walking away in a huff. I think the owning couple are the sweetest and kindest people, as is Saturn, but the new round I’ve met over the last 2 weeks seems to get ruder and ruder with each visit. I’ve specifically stopped making coffee at home because I do want to support the owners but what’s the point of getting very low tier customer service every morning when I’m not asking for anything wild or crazy, just to see what other options there are? Come here every day, sometimes twice a day. Last 4 days when I arrive I watch several people who pull in well after me get their order taken. Today I asked if I could please have my order taken as I was first and the worker told me someone else would be over shortly- and then took 2 more customers that arrived in line after me. Then when I tried to pay, they would not accept my dollar coins. I told them that if they accept cash, they legally have to accept my coins- they can’t refuse just off the type of currency it is. The manager told me that since it is a private company, they indeed CAN refuse my coins and it is their “policy” to do so. Will not...

Started becoming a daily customer about a week ago. However this week I noticed something odd..... I get the same thing every time I go before work. Which is a large blonde frap..... at first they were 6.50$ then 2 days ago a young man charged me 8.50$ which i didn't realize til I went back the very next day (yesterday) and the young lady charged me 7.85$.... it sucks cause I enjoy the coffee and location is close to my job.
